A step relative who hijacked my granddad's property was doing similar perverted acts after he built a small Hindu temple. He fondled women who sought spiritual help. When he was confronted he claimed he did while in trance.His son who worked in a funeral parlor was caught sexually assaulting a female corpse and was suspected of being involved in the abduction and murder of a young girl. This Govender chap committed suicide.

Okay forgive my ignorance here, but i have to ask : isn't it forbidden for men to be alone with women if they're not a married couple or family? I'll be the first to admit i don't know all "rules" about that, but i thought women were required to have "chapperones" or companions? Why would being a "self-claimed healer" somehow grant anyone privelege of being granted private access to vulnerable women? A true healer would have nothing to hide & would want other people to witness first hand. I hope they go after these con-artists & hold them accountable.

This has also been happening with the Christian churches all across the world. Organised religion seems to pray on the weakness and vulnerability of people.

This is not only a problem in Islam. There are some preachers, of every religion, who exploit the power they have in their communities. Be it for greed, lust or something else.
It's not strange that people who are abused like this will some times become atheist.
I hate religion. According to Islam, testimony given by a woman in court must be given LESS WEIGHT than any man's, regardless of her age, emotional maturity or confidence level (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:282).
Secondly, Quran 4.34 says husbands can be BEAT by their wives (some say it's just a small beating, others, with a small stick. I'm not kidding). By the way, there is nothing about women beating husbands back "symbolically" when they do the exact same thing that prompted her beating.
Thirdly, a daughter must inherit less property than a son EVEN IF SHE HAS MORE RESPONSIBILITIES than him (Q. 4.11). I can understand men getting more when they have more responsibilities, but certainly, there are times when women have more obligations and responsibilities. How is it just to give her less in such situations?
Fourth, even in death, a woman's blood money is half that of a man's blood money. And this is even when she was the breadwinner of her family.
In my opinion, a wise, kind or just God didn't write these things. Something is wrong. #FreeYourself

Islamically, how does the female have more financial responsibilities than the male? You mentioned half inheritance when she has “more responsibilities”… what responsibilities are those?
And bringing up blood money also ties in to financial compensation. For accidental deaths alone, the punishment for the perpetrator is the same but the money the perpetrators’ family must fork up to pay the victim’s family is more when the victim killed was a man and most likely the sole breadwinner of their family. But, what financial responsibilities are those that women have that makes it unfair that they’re entitled to only half inheritance?
