I appreciate this video sir! I've been procrastinating on this purchase because I couldn't find any instructions on how to use it.

I'm looking to buy one of these but I think I'll rent one from you first! Glad I found your website.

I have one of these, very hard to use. I guess that's why he didn't even try to show...how to really use it. Talked for 20 mins rather than demonstrate real use.

@@PurplemonkeyHS I have it too, but still can't quite get the hang of charcoal to wood chips ratio. I have seen only a video of 2 on TH-cam, none of them are very clear on this part, which is the most important part imo

Hi Barrie and @Cameron Davis thanks your comments. Barrie, we just published a recipe video that shows more detail on how we set up the charcoal & smoke wood: th-cam.com/video/aEk6-rtL3Wc/w-d-xo.html
Any smoker is equal parts art and science and def take time to master. They always baffle and frustrate us the first few cooks as well. You're in good company!
We have had great results with the Smoke Meister as Cameron mentioned so please reach out if you have any specific questions. You can email us at info@cirq-rentals.com and we'd be happy to answer them or set up a call to talk through your set up and any issues you're having.
The cliff notes version for us on the Smoke Meister has been to use way less charcoal than we think we should use - usually smoking for 2-3 hours with only 1 or 2 lumps, and then to thoroughly soak everything we're using for smoke wood. We've had the best results with larger chunks of wood vs. chips soaked for 1-2 hours or overnight before the cook. We'll incorporate a future video showing our method for chips as well but in the meantime, hope this cook helps provide more insight for your next smoke: th-cam.com/video/aEk6-rtL3Wc/w-d-xo.html Happy camping (and cooking)!

Do you have a link for the wood chip/pallets container as well as the meat hooks ?

Hi L, No problem. Here is a link to the hooks shown in the video: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08SLTD6ZJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
They work fine in the smokemeister, but are a little long at 13cm/5.25in. If we were to invest again in the future and specifically for the SM, we'd probably try to find some that are shorter (say 1-2inches).
      Here's the chip/pellet tube: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083JZ2RPX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This was the 1 by 6 inch.
Hope this helps you outfit your SM and let us know if you have any other questions. Happy smoking!
