    Infiniti just killed off its last #vq35 #v6 engine in the #qx60 -Only boosted four cylinders in the lineup outside of the #twinturbov6 in the #qx80. #vcturbo #nissanpathfinder #pathfinder
    The 2025 INFINITI QX60 makes a bold play for families seeking a refined and elegant three-row crossover with the addition of a Black Edition package, a more fuel-efficient engine and additional equipment on the popular LUXE grade. The 2025 INFINITI QX60 arrives in showrooms mid-July 2024 with a starting MSRP1 of $50,200.
    The 2025 INFINITI QX60 offers buyers a choice of four appealing grades, each of which can be optionally equipped with INFINITI Intelligent All-Wheel Drive2 (standard on AUTOGRAPH). For added reassurance, every QX60 features a standard suite of active safety technology including Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Automatic Braking, Blind Spot Warning, Lane Departure Warning and High Beam Assist.
    New for this model year, all QX60 grades now feature a new key fob design with approach unlock and walkaway locking functionality. When enabled, this feature automatically locks or unlocks the vehicle, as appropriate, by detecting when someone with the key fob walks up to or away from the QX60.
    The 2025 INFINITI QX60 PURE starts at $50,200 ($52,200 with AWD) and includes a generous list of equipment including leather-appointed first- and second-row seating, heated front seats, a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel, tri-zone automatic climate control and INFINITI InTouch™ featuring a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Android Auto™, wireless Apple CarPlay®, SiriusXM® Radio and nine speakers.
    Stepping up to the QX60 LUXE grade ($56,800 or $58,800 with AWD) augments the model's appeal with the addition of 20-inch wheels, a 12.3-inch INFINITI Dynamic Meter Display, remote engine start, ProPILOT Assist with Navi-link, Around View® Monitor with Moving Object Detection, climate-controlled front seats, heated second-row seats and more. A Bose® Performance series 17-speaker sound system is newly standard on LUXE grade.
    For an additional $1,900, LUXE can be equipped with the new Black Edition package. It enhances QX60's appearance with gloss black 20-inch wheels, plus gloss black roof rails, grille surround and exterior emblems. An illuminated INFINITI emblem in the front grille complements illuminated kickplates and Welcome Lighting. A black headliner completes the Black Edition treatment on the inside of the cabin; on the outside, clients select from Mineral Black, Majestic White or new-for-2025 Harbor Gray paint.
    The 2025 INFINITI QX60 SENSORY starts at $59,100 ($61,100 with AWD) and builds on the well-equipped LUXE grade with the addition of massaging front seats, illuminated kickplates, a motion-activated liftgate, open pore ash wood-appointed interior trim and enhanced interior ambient lighting.
    As the ultimate expression of the QX60, the AUTOGRAPH grade ($66,150, exclusively with AWD) delights with semi-aniline leather-appointed seating for the first and second rows, with quilting, perforation and contrast stitching. It features second-row captain's chairs as standard, plus a head-up display and a Smart Rear View Mirror that provides a less-obstructed view behind the vehicle3. To prepare for clients who desire to tow, QX60 AUTOGRAPH is additionally equipped with a trailer hitch receiver and harness. All grades of the 2025 QX60 have a towing rating of up to 6,000 pounds when properly equipped4.

      You can thank the government and the insane emissions every car manufacture needs to follow. This isn't just Infiniti, it's all brands. Why do you think BMW went to a inline 6 turbo instead of the legendary V8 and V10 monsters on their M series? Why do you think Mercedes went to a V6 turbo instead of their legendary V8 and V6 on their AMG models? It's due to the insane emissions countries all over the world continue to push year after year. Acura will transition to either 2.0t or hybridization. People will always pick a badge. Same comment can be made even now, both the pilot and mdx have v6s. But the pilot has a more practical interior, more cargo and passenger volume, and is cheaper. Why pick an MDX? All large displacement will be replaced and it will start with the luxury variants of the brand. Toyota/Lexus, Nissan/Infiniti, and Honda/Acura. Also Mazda's new I6 engine has lower emissions than most ciompetitors with I4 engines. Stop listening to marketing lies. In reality it's just about costs / profit.

All of them obviously have to meet EXACTLY THE SAME emission limits. BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Genesis, Acura, Lincoln, Jeep, Mazda, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, etc. Also 6-cylinder hybrids have LOWER emissions than 4-cylinder non-hybrids. Also anyone can look up EPA MPG ratings of all midsize 3-row SUVs, the 4-cylinder models do NOT get higher MPG than the 6-cylinder models: Toyota GH I4T 22-24 MPG combined, VW Atlas I4T 20-23 MPG, Chevrolet Traverse I4T 20-21 MPG, Subaru Ascent 21-22 MPG

Remember turbos don’t like to be short tripped; whereas you don’t have to worry about that with naturally aspirated engines. • @DJG37S
      @DJG37S 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Huh??? Clearly you don't know anything about cars. V6 N/A is the king of reliability, and you don't put a 4 cylinder turbo on a car that weights nearly 5000 pounds. That's so much work for the turbo and the engine. This is why V6 and V8 were so common and the older generations of SUV's that have V6 and V8's hardly have engine issues if you take care of the car. Go research car brands that are currently using turbos for their heavy mid size to full size SUV's and you will see that so many of them start to have turbo issues and engine issues simply because the engine is being overworked trying to haul a freaking 5000 pound + suv.
      Go research Nissan V8's in the early 2013's, you will know these engines were built like tanks, especially the ones that were used in the QX56. I've seen one that has gone 300k miles on a stock engine that was in perfect condition, because the owner took care of their car.
      Turbo charged engines are great for lighter cars, coupes, and sedans, but this is happening because oh yeah the governments across the whole world is putting more and more strict emission laws year after year.

The Q50 is over a DECADE old w/ no major refinements or improvements besides the VR30 in 2016. The Q60 was discontinued in 2022 & Infiniti left the Q platform half baked & NEVER improved anything! If they would have updated the tech & interior, better transmission (9 Speed vs 7 Speed) & a minor re-design they would have had a chance to be actually competitive. I love my Q60 RS but will NEVER purchase an Infiniti product ever again.

    Volvo was the first to use a 4cyl turbo as the only engine option plus they also offered one of the most powerful PHEVs in the segment Volvo had years to perfect their engines. Other SUV like the GLE, Q7, RX, and TX implements 4cyls only the GLE and Q7 offer a 6cyl or higher. For Toyota/Lexus the hybridized 4cyl is greater power output, I still do not believe in the emissions bullshit or better fuel efficiency. Many companies are following each other every SUV has not swapped to 4cyl turbos it does not make any sense for 4,400 SUVs to have two cylinders less and then claim "You can tow 5,000LBS" bullshit. The new QX60 was one of the best premium SUVs from Japan no they are turning into Toyota/Lexus, all these new SUVs are heavier so why take any engine that can manage the job. That is why I like Mazda they offer a phenomenal package compared to other rivals that claim to be premium. It seems like Honda/Acura and Mazda are the only one willing to give the consumer what they want over complicating it. The 4cyl tend is not it these companies are going to suffer long term when they realize that a 4cyl turbo become problematic in the next 4-5 years.
