Normally LEDs win in terms of life and performance but most LEDs last less because they are made in such a way that they heat up to 80 to 90 degrees and then burn out but generally in terms of SOX, HPS and especially MV life yes MV it really lasts decades longer than LEDs due to making fake LEDs so with the lifespan of most LEDs unfortunately they are fooling us but when it comes to color especially SOX which is monochromatic I much prefer HPS to LED, SOX and MV because HPS is not neither too white nor monochromatic something in between I would say with that lovely golden light especially at 2000K which is a very sweet color to the eye !!
