@180WSOXit is good that the L.E.D. Street lights have totally outdone the HPS and LPS lights as the HPS and LPS lights would take a ridiculously long time to heat up before reaching full brightness whereas L.E.D. lights give amazing and instant brightness with no heat produced at all
@stephensnell5707 I'm personally not the biggest fan of LEDs, as I can find them glary and I find the 4000k and above ones quite harsh. LEDs do have their advantages, such as being more efficient, but I still prefer LPS and HPS.
@180WSOXdo remember that HPS and LPS lights will very often not activate if temperatures in Winter get too cold whereas L.E.D. Lights will activate in any temperature Also,L.E.D. Street Lights give instant light compared to the ridiculously slow warm up of HPS AND LPS bulbs

We used to have ones like that where I live but been replaced with LEDs now.
