@@emmanuelj670 I think it's on act 4, if you talk to Isabeau then keep quiet, they'll tell Siffrin a joke, and they'll tell a time loop joke on the third time you do it
@@emmanuelj670"Why shouldn't you take up time travel?" "Because there's no future in it!" _Siff starts to laugh uncontrollably_ In Act 6, you can actually tell Isabeau that he made that joke lol (if you got it in your playthrough), he sees the irony in it and the conversation is hilarious.
I guessed correctly the first time I played through the game, I had a theory about who loop was a while before he asked, I thought they was me, because of the pineapples thing and how they only knew so much but almost everything about me was correct, so I thought loop was siffrin, guessed it when prompted and got laughed at, I genuinely assumed they all laughed at you until my second play through
Loop being disappointed when you said it doesn't matter, the person they were, the person they're holding onto, all of that not mattering, being unrecognisable to the party- Really sums it all up 😭
Interesting how loops reaction to being found out is the same as Siffrins to the time travel joke. Completely breaking down and laughing, almost manic, at the absolute absurdity of it all.
my first playthrough i picked “doesn’t matter” because i didn’t know and i didn’t want to be wrong and get laughed at. i felt really bad and as it turns out they only would have laughed at me if i was correct
In my first playthrough I ended up figuring out loops identity the second I saw that you could guess that loop was you. I was wrong on the specifics though. I thought for some reason siffrin had cloned themselves somehow and Loop was the clone. I also thought that Siffrin themself was a clone of the king for some reason and that was why siffrin had no memories 💀💀boy was I wrong on that one I was waiting the whole damn game hoping I was right
i guessed it as soon as i saw the option too! i also thought that Loop was the clone, and after reading the book I felt vindicated and thought Siffrin subconsciously cloned himself at the start... woops..
I was originally thinking that loop was part of Sif like how [Slay the Princess spoilers below.] Different people but all one entity. [Each Princess is part of the Shifting Mound.]
Spoilers, duh. Both fortunately and unfortunately, I knew that Loop was Siffrin very, very early in. In the first loop in fact. I managed to catch that Loop said “Don’t make the same mistakes I did.” for a second during the zoning out tutorial. I briefly entertained Loop being the person responsible for the island’s disappearance somehow for a bit, but ultimately stuck with them being Siffrin. It got even more obvious when I saw the dagger dialogue.
I clicked "ghost" the first time (I was pretty sure the answer was "Me" but I saw Jello's highlight reel and wanted to see different dialogue), and boy did it hurt!
When I saw that “Me.” Was an option my immediate reaction was “holy fuck that would be cool” so I clicked it and after their reaction I assumed I was wrong TwT. Funny how that works out :3
im kinda sad i spoiled myself after my first playthrough about loop. when i first got the prompt i said the "correct", and the option made me go "huh, that would explain everything" and assumed it was the case as loop was... well, he didnt deny it. plus one of the books in siff's language. i really should finish my second run through to see his event.
when i first saw the jello stream for the game i had almost immediantly got their identity correct, but i had also thought the king was a clone, and at this point ive completely forgot the specifics of my theory
Spoilery thoughts I guessed head house maiden, it the eyes, the eyes are the same! But alas, that being said considering how glitchy she is i think she is the copy of the sad person in the book. I wonder who wrote that book, and where they are if im correct. Maybe they wished themselves into a change god statue or something. They seem to be related to wish craft dont they? They offer boons in ways similar to siffrins's mantra for sharpening. That statue gives you the keyblade thingy, and loop doesn't let you keep it. I wonder if there's some sort of wish conflicting going on idk.
I just finished the game... Man, the "Me" answer should have been a giveaway to the ending, I saw Jello do it. But where is the part where Loop dies laughing and loops back?
Loop's reaction to "me" is the same as Siffrin's reaction to Isabeau's timeloop joke: uncontrollable laughing
Isabeau made a time loop joke? Where?

They don’t deny the correct answer
Funny how if you guess correct, it is the only one you are not wrong, but since you normally can't guess again, you would not know that
Technically there's 2 correct answers
Yeah; I watched the Jelloapacalypse play through. I didn’t know that all other options had them saying you’re wrong

How could I say that in my first playthrough.
I'm a monster.
THE GHOST DIALOGUE NOOOOOOOO
Interesting how loops reaction to being found out is the same as Siffrins to the time travel joke.
Completely breaking down and laughing, almost manic, at the absolute absurdity of it all.
oh OW I hadn't seen the "ghost" dialogue before
I Guess you have to do something to make It happen.
Since my options were
The change God
Part of the Universe
Me
@@rich_gamer0667 I think its triggered after seeing at least one siff ghost in the house
@@ChronoMoth oh,makes sense.
I talled with Loop on every loop because i didn't want to esclude him
So i did that conversation very soon
God "Ghost" and "Doesnt Matter" sting
in my run, I guessed "me" and spent most of the rest of the run chewing over their reaction, haha
Guessing “me” literally turns Loop into Walter White
“You got me”
I answered “one of my allies” thinking it was just a way to say they were an ally of mine, wished I could answer again so bad lol
I did the same lol, then picked odile since he was always talking like he knew stuff in the beginning.

tbf the "clone" bit is still thematically correct, more so a metaphor for the actual situation so the player doesnt clue in too fast
I thought it was a time paradox sorta situation where Sif becomes Loop at the end. I mean, I really wasn’t wrong lmao

I’m sad. I guessed “I don’t know…” in my playthrough ‘cause I was so focused on figuring out the cause of the loops. Damn. These are good.

I believe Jello edited that in there in the highlight reel; it doesn't happen in the game itself
