I want to know the actual payload capacity of the new BFR. Elon said that it is 100+ tons, but that could be anywhere between 100 to 150 tons (the payload of 2017 BFR was 150t). Elon also said that they could swap out the rear cargo pods for vacuum engines( which have a specific implies of 380 seconds, compared to the ~350 isp of sea level engines) if they do that, how powerful will the BFR then, 150t, 180t, 200t?

ISS launch mass 420 tons. BFR payload capacity 100+ tons. So at least four launches. You would need an expendable 2016 ITS to pull off a single launch ISS (550 tons expendable 300 reusable, so maybe a droneship landing and slightly lower orbit could be done reusable.

      @@MarcusHouse Lengths seem a bit off though... Booster=66.9m, total=118m, therefore BFS=55m = 3.87(fins) + 51.13 (body)

Why do the engines, never have proportionate jet cones, it's just so wrong without & minus that shadow on the ground
