I was a Chargers fan, and visited Juniors grave a few time. Another prominent person at Eternal Hills, is James O Page. He was instrumental in the development of the TV show "Emergency" His crypt is across the road from Junior's. I have also visited Karen Black's grave a couple times. Great vlog, Jeff.

    Great episode.
As a San Diego native and long time Chargers fan I was so sad to hear of Juniors' passing. I went and saw him play live at the stadium.....and I miss going and eating in his restaurant.

@@jbenziggy One of my current guilty pleasures is watching early 1970’s episodes of “Let’s Make A Deal” because I fondly remember watching them at my grandma’s house on Helen Avenue in Modesto in the early 1970’s. Thank you Jeff & Sarah for another great episode. As a teenager at Briggsmore Theater watching Karen Black in control of that plane she became my hero.
Lloyd Haines from Room 222 was a mellow actor always stayed cool and calm.
His co star was Karen Valentine who used to frequent Modesto. Her relative is a Dentist. Dr. Valentine. His office is off Briggsmore either at Tully or College ( if hes still living)
Yesterday I was watching & researching Hedy Lamaar. Her 5th husband lived in Turlock. Google it has address and house pic.

I'm in my fifties and didn't see Easy Rider until probably the 80s, and Five Easy Pieces until about ten years ago, but it immediately became one of my favorite classic movies. I loved her character, showcasing her incredible acting ability, and earning a much deserved award and recognition. I remember seeing her in some horror movie or show in which there was some little gremlin like creature that was under a sofa and attacked with it's razor sharp teeth, I was young and it was so frightening to me, that for a while I was afraid to let my feet dangle off the furniture!😬😄 She had great talent, thanks for including her in this video. Exactly. The theme from the Odd Couple takes me back to good times watching TV in the 70s as a kid.

When I was just a little boy “Room 222” was a show I liked for 2 reasons… was it Karen Valentine? But that catchy tune I fondly remember. I can’t even guess how long it’s been since I’ve seen these faces or heard that music opening to the show. Thank you for reminding me. I’m 57 now!

There is something very nostalgic about hearing songs we heard as youngsters. Every time I hear the theme to "Love America Style" TV show I think of me and my brothers visiting Disneyland and coming into the motel room with the smell of chlorine and us dripping from the pool! Such special family times!
