Drawfee is really important in showing that fantastic career artists can still have weaknesses. Because Julia has unparallel craft when she’s in her game and that’s intimidating to people trying to get into art. But knowing even she has trouble sometime is really uplifting I feel.
Nobody can be an expert in everything! There are only so many hours in the day!

I so, so appreciate when at 26:11 Jacob goes, "-- I don't wanna put in any more editing than is necessary in this episode, but can we just -- put up, real quick, the -- the image -- Julia did of the Elden Ring fanart? Just put that on screen -- that's how Julia draws. Now look at Tom and Jerry again -- that's the same person." It is SO FUNNY with the context of how masterful an artist Julia is -- with how otherwise fairly comprehensive her drawing skills are, especially when it comes to structures, anatomy, details, and realism. And then... characters from memory. Like, I watched the Drawing Faces VOD when she just fuckin' whipped out a near-perfect Henry Cavill, lined up her drawing with the photo she was using for reference, and almost EVERY FEATURE lined up EXACTLY. And the Celebrity Drawing Challenges. She is an EXCEPTIONAL artist. And these kinds of episodes, while very funny and entertaining, I think are really important to see -- that everyone has weaknesses and blind spots. Thank you, Julia and the rest of Drawfee, for being willing to talk about and show your weaknesses and blind spots. Your honesty is validating and uplifting, and I love so much that you can razz each other with love and support while you do it.
For me, the funniest part of the whole ordeal is that she has the line confidence, she has the skill. I would do terrible at this challenge too, but seeing such a competent artist struggling is amazing

Dude for real. This is the most relatable episode of Drawfee of all time. Julia is a gift.
The day this episode came out, my dog had just had surgery. I ended up watching this in the middle of the night while I was up babysitting her. I was delirious from exhaustion and worry. When they got to Arthur, I was laughing so hard that I burst into tears. This episode is now one of my all-time favorites. Thank you Drawfee crew, especially Julia. You made a hard time a little bit lighter.
PS, my dog is doing great. She's fully recovered. Not even cancer could stop her.

Honestly, the hidden strength of this episode was the editors timing in putting up the pictures of the characters. It would always be me either saying “is that-?” And then the image pops up or after Julia says who it is me going “yeah that kinda-“ and being immediately and comically proven incorrect

This episode made me lose it so many times. Jacob calling peppa “famous childrens cartoon character Gun-Head” caught be so off guard. Watching Julia draw such a big brim on “woody’s” hat sent me into a coughing fit I was laughing so hard. The entirety of the Bobby Hill bit.
For literal decades my older nonverbal, autistic brother would stim with the phrase "these are not Joanna's eggs" ALSO from the Rescuers Down Under movie; I have heard this expression thousands of times in my life, and hearing it out of the blue from my favorite TH-camrs really got me in my feels 😢 Love that.
I love how completely random things can become important to people. 1 scene being referenced from a random Disney sequel can remind you of your brother.

You can literally hear Jacob speedrun the 5 stages of grief when he realizes that it's Bobby Hill and it cracks me up so bad
Nathan pointing out that woody looks like a smaller Fred and Julia saying "yea?" Like that's how he's meant to look is hilarious
To be fair her Fred did look more like Woody than Fred. It also looked more like Woody than her Woody.

Nathan's journey to the answer was incredible, and I was on that same journey at the same time. After putting the mic down, tears in his eyes, he asks, "Y'all remember that cartoon where everyone has the same face and they just stare directly at you..." The second he said that, I envisioned the opening of King of the Hill, where all four of the guys are hanging out in front of the fence, and, in beat with Nathan, had the same horrific realization.
"That's... That's -- NO, JULIA, THAT'S BOBBY HILL?!?!?!"
The best part is he says "no" not "oh" like he speedruns the stages of grief so fast xD
I love how specifically Julia has selected to use her skill points.

I thought it could be a rabbit, but as soon as she said it was a dog and drew the pencil neck, I knew.
Julia is allergic to round shapes so it makes sense she wouldn't remember that part of the character design
I have never wished for face cam so badly than during the Bobby Hill segment oh my god, plus everyone started laughing in the same register and it was so perfect 😭
The crew breaking down into shambles while Julia draws DILF Hank Hill next to Not Bobby Hill is probably one of the best moments off all time
