girl, carbs are not the enemy!!! I don't know what dietitians are telling you off but mine encourages me to eat so so many carbs 😂 especially as a runner, you need that fuel!! Carbs are direct energy for your brain!! And so so delicious!! Lovely video as always

We actually thought about rescheduling the Philippines to February 2024 or something because of the high risk of typhoons in October/November.. time will tell :’)

hi katharina, just wanted to say no need to justify your food choices - we all function differently and hence thrive and feel our best by eating different diets and require different amounts of energy, macronutrients, foods etc, so no need to justify your food choices :)xx

Eat what you want!!! Unless you’re protein deficient (which if you are in a calorie surplus you probably are not) it is much healthier to listen to your body than to force yourself to eat a specific number of carbs, protein or fat… especially from a mental aspect…

I lost my period for 4 years at first. Then I regained it, lost it again for a year, then got it once and now regained it after 9 months. So roughly 5 years in total. The hormonal treatment is no cure but a booster to kickstart my body to produce it by itself, hence why I’ll stop taking them soon :)
You’re wrong @suomynonaanonymous I wouldn’t have regained my period if I didn’t gain as much weight as I have - increasing my body weight by more than 16% right now.

Sounds like you’re seeing the wrong person. I’d strongly recommend you switch to another one, literally any other would help you!! Sounds insanely wrong to me:(
I used to weigh myself once a week when I was on intense weight gain. But now, as I’ve slowly started to reach a healthy point I only do it once every other week / 3rd week to make sure I stay on track and don’t drop too far. However, the mirror and clothing is always a good indicator!

@emmanohues8955 I'd say 85% naturally with a 15% help from the HRT. I recently spoke with my doctor who more or less confirmed this too. I'm actually about to stop taking the HRT and see what happens. It'll be interesting!

Eat eat EAT! Please! Fuel is so important. Never ignore any hunger signal - and reduce exercise as much as you can. Avoid stress and regain a healthy lifestyle in which your body can relax fully xx
please don't eat oats raw! they are very bad for your body this way, you need to ferment them with lactic acid bacteria 1-3 days then cook, it works better if you grind them first and remove the large bran pieces, you can use a food processor and then a sieve
