Thanks for your video! I followed everything that you did and bought the rubber part from Ford. Now the noise is still present but much more bearable. Next time I'm going to change the temp sensor directly
Doing this in 2024, the adaptor made no difference for me but thanks to this video, I can see and hear that it's the fan in the plug itself (which I have cleaned) that's making the noise. Will need to buy a replacement for that to fix the noise. Top tip, be careful when undoing the screws around the unit, one of mine popped out and fell down somewhere around the gearbox, still can't see it 😅
did it fully fix the issue for you? I found it still buzzed quite loud as soon as I put the sensor back in it's hole. It's almost silent until i put it back but the plastic just vibrates.
@@Derively really? Even the chap in the video said it doesn't go fully silent, maybe you didn't connect it to the power properly? :D I fiddled with it for ages and couldn't improve it
Hi I have the same issue with my 2011 C Max. Buzzing noises from behind the climate control. And heater wouldn't come on. Had to keep banging the stereo with my shoes.. lol.. Then it works again. And it takes ages to hear up?. And advice would be great. Just brought it 1 month ago from a used car dealer Chelmsford. Cheers
Hi mate I have fiesta titanium 2010 1.6 and my problem is 1 hour mode what is that I don’t understand nothing working cd radio aux phone usb do you have Eny idea plese thank you
Thanks for the video, In 2012 model Fiesta, the air conditioner blows cold air in the LOW position, When I increase the degree, it starts blowing hot air, the part you changed in the video (indoor temperature sensor) is broken, could this be the reason?
I've seen two separate Ford Fiesta's (one 09 and one 58 reg), both Titanium trim and both had the same noise coming from their centre console. Does anyone have the part number for the heater control module / sensor unit itself?
Do i need to do all this to remove side plastics to connect flapper motor with controling arm ? I set heating to the HI position and something click inside and sometimes it start blowing hot air. Someone before me started working and disconnect controling arm and left it like that
Hi, I am too late but hopefully I can get an answer. Did you get the dash like that or did you have it customized? Please do a video of the fiesta interior
@@mattyti6178 see if you have enough coolant, fill it up to the maximum I have noticed that fiesta engine does not get that hot either so don't expect a great heater.

@@techclub8528 I took it off ass seen in the video and broke the clips 🤣🤣🤦♂️. I have a small problem, maybe you know what the problem is. The car blows air in different position from what I ask it to do, for example... I want air to blow in the middle and the car blows at the feet, I choose feet and the car blows air to the windsheeld. If I manualy move the leaver to blow where I select, once I engine is turned off than on again, the air blows wrong again. Hope I make sense
Hi Thanks for the video, I just wanted to ask if you had any issues with the heater not working as my 2009 1.6 Titanium also has that buzzing noise and the heater is not getting hot? Thanks in advance
Helpful video but didn't work for me unfortunately. You can quite easily take the little fan module apart though and I just removed the fan rotor. Shouldn't affect the climate control performance but stops all vibration. The sensor still works, there's just no fan pulling air into it but I doubt that really matters
I was thinking of doing that, after I realised the fan seems to be held down magnetically... I ended up putting a drop of wd40 fluid in the fan and put it back on and it is much quieter.. not sure how much it will last like that before getting noisy again. Did your method work well months later? ie did you find the a/c still behave as normal with the sensor module missing the fan? Was thinking the surrounding air might end up being a little warmer but probably should work fine.
use the part no. and try Ford. I've just picked up an intermediate shaft for the steering column, and it was about £80 cheaper than every ebay listing I found.
my car is second hand and out of warranty 09 plate. Not cheaper to go to a dealership, this cost me like £5 for the adaptor and like 10 minutes of time.

Part number for the climate control temp sensor is H82NB
Does it battery drain if its buzzing
Thanks for the video! Could you please tell me the référence of the sensor?

Hey dude, ive got the same Problem, how can i fix it ??? Ich would highly appreciate an answer
What are the two plugs for on the rear of the trim surrounding the a/c control module, are they to do with the narrow slots on the front.
Any updated parts links? Struggling to find the part. Also where on the packet is the part number? Help!!!

Actually you don't need to remove display, and radio. Only remove climate control and shifting gear cover...

That tiny buzzing noise exists in a lot of cars. You just have to get used it.
there is tiny buzzing and loud buzzing, at the beginning of this video it was loud. Tiny buzzing by the end
