I agree with the fun thing aspect of it the actual learning balance aspect of in general handstand training is very fun more than the strength flexibility aspect part of it but you know sometimes one is got to do boring things that are not as fun
I don't train my core directly, I train it from doing calisthenics skills like the human flag and front lever as well as other compound exercises that engage the core
question on hspu. I am able to around 7 clean handstand push-ups with my hands outside of shoulder width apart but only about 3 with my hands at shoulder width, Is it a strength issue or a tecnique issue?
Going wider makes the range of motion slightly smaller, to be honest I prefer a slightly wider stance if I'm going for reps but that's just normal, but of course, going way too wide will make it much tougher again.
