You didn't need to remove the ac. I have the same setup, same size turbo and i kept the ac. The way you had the turbo first was correct. All you needed to do was modify the angle of the Downpipe so it can fit behind the ac compressor.
Just a recommendation for anyone else screwing the bung this way on am oil pan. Put a rubber washer on the inside and a screw a nut to make sure it doesn't leak. That's what I did. You can never be too safe...

Yup did the same with mine using a T3. I also wanted to have a tube and filter pre compressor to suck cooler air. It fits so snug i love it. Wrapped the manifold, dp, dump tube, and put a blanket on the turbo.
The gasket didn't fit the pan cuz you filled the cracks where it fits in with sealant. You put the gasket on a clean surface and then put that over the gasket in any low or warped spots
stupid design, they shouldn't advertise it to fit a car if it needs hacking and slashing destroying parts which can make the vehicle fail an inspection with not much way of reversing the damage done, more if a problem in Australia, it should be direct fit or false advertisement.

Hi, we kept the PCV system on this car. The D16Y8 and many other Honda motors have built in catch cans on the back of the motor that work pretty good. You can also add another sealed catch can in that same line, which we may do in the future.
In this video we hadn’t changed anything electronic, so the motor will still run fine. If we had changed to the bigger Fuel Injectors or the 3 Bar MAP Sensor, in all likeliness, it probably wouldn’t have run very well.

it will all fit fine if you would take out all the fans to moc it up have a b series one hooked up perfect with ac no probem at all .yall wanna try to install a turbo with all that shit in the way
No ebay turbos are quality, yes they make boost but not for long. I went threw 3 of them at around 6k miles only on 10psi. I ended up buying a precision turbo rebuild kit with a billet turbine! About 30k miles so far on 16-18psi zero issues
If you got the money to play around with it, B all day. If moneys alil tight go with the D. But if you can get a cheap B like outta a Crv? You may have something

Running the right oil is very underrated when turboing an engine some people run 20w50 racing oil so there engines have enough pressure to survive

Same manifold. Just gotta barely shave the block mounts perfectly
I shaved down the aluminum casting on the block to fit an had to cut up that exhaust to make it all work an keep ac

A 2.25 downpipe works to keep ac using those manifolds..

You didn't need to put all those silicone/RTV on the oil pan gasket. Just on the corners of the "half circles".

Any wastegate will work, as long as it will bolt I’ll to your setup. Most are the two bolt 38mm design.

Your oil feed is too long... Its takes time for the oil to reach the turbo... Your bearing may scars during cranking it up in the morning
