- Hello guys! Welcome back to the Pearle Maaney show :)
In this vlog, I’ll show you what my mornings look like nowadays. I am on my fitness journey so I try to follow a healthy diet and regular exercise with my trainer.
While looking for healthy food options I found @TrueElements It is a healthy breakfast & snacks brand with lot of products like rolled oats, muesli, healthy seeds and snacking options. My current favourite is their Rolled Oats because unlike other white oats it is not powdery. It is 100% rolled oats which is fibre rich so keeps me full till lunch.
Today I am making 3 recipes using True Elements Rolled Oats - Oats smoothie, oats omelette and oats upma.
