- In this video I build the RYEFIELD Panzer IV MODEL.
in this third part I will make the camouflage, assemble the side grids, the tracks and do the final touches.

Lovely job.I built it about a year ago.I used Mr Metal color Dark iron and chrome silver for engine/gearbox parts,you can brush it on and buff it to shine.Easy.Cheers for vid.

@@aviotank It’s a buffable paint.The Dark iron is graphite based so when medium evaporated it leaves a tough micro thin layer of what looks like darker heavier metals with great reflections,like soft pencil effect but darker.Great for priming PE.It self levels and looks perfect brushed on and you can buff to higher shine.The Chrome silver similar but needs a polish to look right.I built the RFM panther with interior using those two colours and a brush.Dries with no brush marks and when buffed it’s like a mirror.It’s cheap and so easy to use to get an extreme metal effect.I brush painted the Wingmut wings Junkers D1 with corrugated aluminium body and wings with chrome silver.Other Mr metal color shades aren’t as good as the Chrome silver and dark iron both unique.Dark iron has a couple more effects you can use once you play around with it a bit.Can spray it too.
You probably don't care, but late Js had factory camo schemes and never was the area where the road wheels camo painted. Literally no german tank was painted that way. Love the colors though. But take it or leave it. Maybe next time.

I bought the panzer 4 with panther turret today same kit different turret no interior this time but building the ferdinand full interior just now so get a wee break from all that work lol

Is it the paint or the airbrush that's causing you problems? The spluttering is a sign something isn't quite right.
The airbrush needle had problems.
I have it replace it and I hope it goes better now.
I am thinking of buying a better quality airbrush to have less hassle.
