I wish I could believe you, I really do. But the rich keep getting richer, and everyone else foots the bill of their greed. The promise to abolish leasehold properties within the first 100 days has disappeared. Proportional representation has disappeared, which 80% of your membership voted for. I’m up for change if it means a fairer, democratic society and not just political classes lording it over us. Letting rats in from the sinking ship doesn’t help either.

Being a landlord is not a crime. However, being a Landlord of multiple properties, and telling everyone via the BBC that people are being ‘overly-pessimistic’ about the economy, jars pretty hard. We have to sit and listen while a multi-millionaire Chancellor who’s already broken the Health Service, tells us we’re unduly down-trodden in our outlook. This is Mr Hunt of course, and he simply ignored the question ‘Do you feel wealthier?’. Instead, he parroted the necessary line, pre-election announcement. My daughter says she’s not asking for the Earth, just the basics like clean water to drink and a body of water she can swim in without getting poisoned. Take care all.
I think many people will be voting Labour simply because it's not the Conservatives. On paper, it's a vote for you but in actuality, a lot are likely to vote against the Conservatives.
Britain deserves better than Starmer Labour. Better than Tory Lite. So after 14 years its time for change. Thats why Britain needs someone else. Not Tory, not Statmer.
The Tories have done so much for us these past 14 years, increased food banks, made our water system financial viable, increased profits for landlords, kept costs for businesses down by fixing a low minimum wage, trimmed down the NHS to keep down cost, allowed our young to be free to arm themselves, we need more of the same. As a floating voter I always vote on the basis of policies not parties. However, I think that I am unlikely to ever vote Labour or Tory again. Both are led by weak people and many of the MPs in both parties are truly awful - I just don't trust either party. I hope to be proven wrong but I have no confidence that things will get better, whatever the result announced on 5 July.

Nice snazzy promo video, my worry is that it might be much like the remain campaign video focusing on the effects of leaving the EU!! Negative messaging didn't work then and as much as I agreed with the warnings back then it wasn't what people wanted to hear. I am sure we can mostly all agree the Tory government has made many lives worse but being reminded of that and how voting for them would make this country worse sends out that similar negativity as the remain campaign did... However, the 2nd half of the video was much better when it presented a future under Labour, this is the message you need to present, just tell us all the things a first term with Labour could bring!! @@Bungle-UK People used to say back in the early 2000s that Labour and the Tories were the same. Then the Tories came in and proved them wrong. Even if Starmer is no further left than Blair, he's still a massive change from what we've had for the last 14 years.

Nice snazzy promo video, my worry is that it might be much like the remain campaign video focusing on the effects of leaving the EU!! Negative messaging didn't work then and as much as I agreed with the warnings back then it wasn't what people wanted to hear. I am sure we can mostly all agree the Tory government has made many lives worse but being reminded of that and how voting for them would make this country worse sends out that similar negativity as the remain campaign did... However, the 2nd half of the video was much better when it presented a future under Labour, this is the message you need to present, just tell us all the things a first term with Labour could bring!!

They fail whenever they are. There isn't wide enough mainstream support for it. They do best when they pretend they are basically a moderate centrist party. Whenever they just own it and go left wing they flop. Shame for those who like that sort of politics as it leaves you with little options.
