  • Caring isn't just Ed's story, it's the story of millions, caring for each other, dealing with tough times, and keeping going with love.
The Liberal Democrats will be the voice of carers every day, fighting their corner in Parliament.

Ed's Story is that he took a knighthood as a reward for putting the Tories in power. He's now using his family to make himself look more human. The problem with politics is too many people like Ed Davey and the sooner he is out of it the better.

I'm not a Liberal Democrat supporter though I do like many of their left leaning/liberalish policies, and I found Ed Davey very refreshing and their manifesto just on the NHS and expanding it in terms of mental health and dental and making sure social care workers are given a living wage and tackling the giant corporations, I'm glad they made the huge gains they did and i hope along with the Greens they attack the ruling Labour Party which is Pepsi to the coca cola/mc Donalds known as the Conservative Party. this was incredibly moving and here's hoping the left faction of Lib-Dems and Labour work with another to lobby for social justice and more.

It is great that they are using this election campaign to shine a light on such important issues. As a carer myself, it is nice to feel represented and included. To feel appreciated for the role we play in society - as opposed to the carer's allowance scandal that is currently being investigated. Martin Lewis directly asked Jeremy Hunt about it and he dodged the question and started talking about child benefit. I don't know where the Tory party got the idea that they could just answer any difficult question with something unrelated, I'm so exhausted by it, I hope the results of this election campaign show them, and all politicians that we are not idiots and we can see right through that tactic - especially when it has been used ad nauseum.
