Burn Lower Belly Fat with Master Yang

- If you struggle with excessive fat accumulation in the area below your navel, try this simple exercise.
INSTRUCTIONS
Stand by the wall and lift your arms up with your palms facing the wall. Inhale as you lift your heels, then maintain this position for 5-10 seconds, holding your breath. Exhale as you lower your heels. When lifting your heels, try to lengthen your body, reaching high with your fingers, and lifting up your belly along with the internal organs inside your abdomen. Feel the opening and extending sensation in your torso. Release and lower your heels with exhalation. Repeat this set 10 times and perform it 2-3 times a day.
TIPS
- Touch the wall with your back if possible.
- If holding your breath is challenging, you can inhale slowly while lifting the heels and then exhale while lowering them without holding your breath.
- If a 5-second breath hold is difficult, start with a shorter breath hold and gradually increase it over time.
- If lifting your heels is not possible for you, focus on lengthening the torso and lifting up the internal organs during inhalation.
- If you can’t touch the wall with your fingers, lift your arms only as much as you can; don’t force it.
IMPORTANT
Don’t force yourself - your arms, your feet, or your breath. Do your best but respect your body. Start wherever you are and take your time to build up this movement.
⛔️This exercise is not suitable for pregnant women.
Hi guys! Sorry I was late for feedback. This is what I've realized after doing this exercise for a month:
-I had a posture problem, it has improved(used to walk like a duck, with my booty sticking out). Tried to motivate others, no luck. They think it's a charm.
-Had lower back pain, it's gone, now I can sit and work for a long period of time
-Used to wake up with a bloated belly every morning, gone.
Now, the appearance of my stomach is better, I can eat without worrying of my clothes tightening at the waist. Now I have a waist (Not very pronounced, but I'm sure if I keep at it a few more months I'll be able to wear cutoff 😅)
-Now I've become conscious of my eating habits, I don't eat randomly any more.
The summary is better posture, no back pain and no bloated belly, eating better.

The exercise may strengthen your lower back, which is what I need.
But to say you have no more bloated belly is ridiculous. Bloated belly is to do with your eating, especially if you don't digest diary.
Because you changed your diet is why bloated belly is gone and reduce stomach belly is consistent.

@@xin0 hi. Just want to add something. The more I stay idle, the more spasms I get and the more bloated I am and digestion is difficult. The more I move the better it is. And the spasms disappear. So I am a living proof that it does not only depend on diet, though I concur that diet is also correlated.
@@xin0I don't eat dairy. And bloating can be caused by low metabolism.

I saw this video around midnight and it looked easy enough so I decided to do these exercises and sleep. I really can't believe it but i woke up and stomach felt smaller. I have a 10 year old C-section scar and no matter how much weight I lose,that part about my C-section is always prominent but for once it felt smaller ..it shrunk😁I had to come here and write this and I've gone the whole day and my stomach still feels smaller and tighter... I even ate carbs today coz I switched to Carnivorous diet to lose weight and instead of being bloated,I feel good
