Spot on review. I just played this two days ago with a friend and we had a lot of fun. Definitely liked the boosts/bonuses when a new planet came into play. A few cards felt overpowered, but with time I'm sure that stuff will get evened out a bit. Thanks for sharing!

Good review. I do own Star Realms but I was intrigued enough by the notion of a Star Wars deckbuilder to give it a go. I like the game. I feel that it is different enough from Star Realms to be its own thing whilst having enough similarities so that people can get into playing it very easily. As it is is by Fantasy Flight, I am hopeful that they may bring ot expansions for it, possibly making it suitable for more than 2 players but I look forward to seeing what they do next with this.
One thing I don’t like about Star Realms is the *graphic design*. The artwork is fine in Star Realms, meaning the illustrations of the ships, those are fine, but the graphic design, to me, is cheap looking. So this Star Wars universe deck builder, given that Star Wars IP games almost invariably top notch production values, is much more attractive to me. But I realize that doesn’t mean the gameplay is as good.
Hahaha, now that you’ve pointed it out I can’t not notice 😂 I take this very seriously, as I have fitted those glasses for him, and I’ve clearly not done it well enough. This must be fixed! Thank you 😅

The theme holds me off, but it sounds like a good system!
It is a good system, but liking Star Wars absolutely makes it better!
You should push your glasses up your nose more frequently as every 3 seconds is not enough to be a distraction.
