From newsagents who might sell bread, milk, sweets etc, to cafes, flash restaurants, pizza shops, school dinner kitchens, small food businesses, huge factories from the top brand names like Kellogg’s, Heinz…if they find a serious breach of rules they can be closed immediately. That can happen if there’s cases of suspected food poisoning too
