One thing that I learned is to not mistake kindness with flirting and to not assume unless otherwise stated. Having those two things in mind might save you a heartbreak.

This video is correct. One thing to add on. if they get nervous around you eg: talking fast stuttering if words. My school is a playground for romantic mental tests and I found out that they might express half themselves if a boy likes a girl, but a girl expresses her full self. Personally I stutter, slur, and talk fast normally with my friends to the point I become unsensical, so how I cope with this around a test subject is to slow my speech with my friends. If you feel uncomfortable around the person you like because you are afraid you'll say something wrong, just talk thier ears off and you will become ok and not as nervous around them. I just wanted to say this.

I’m gonna confess to my crush this Friday, since it’s the last day before summer break and we’re going to different schools.

I have an overactive imagination, so I see alot of signs that aren't there

Me too, for so long I was at odds trying to distinguish the difference between what I felt verses what he felt. I'm a writer, so it's very easy to get these things mixed up. To be honest, I had always felt there was something there... In fact, even early on I would dream about him. Dreams involving dating, getting married... I was just terrified that it was all in my head. Finally, I ended up breaking down completely because I thought that it was going to be the end... That I finally discovered the truth and I wasn't ready to face it being the end. No matter how hard I tried I still couldn't stop thinking about him... So, it felt like I was pushing a ghost of him away. It wasn't too long after that I had a new dream... One that ended with my Grandma and Grandpa. I then knew that it wasn't all in my head afterall and I still dream that we're going to get married one day. Now I just can't help, but to get excited even more when I think about him. Just as excited as I used to be when I would see him in the the College hallways or whenever he replies to my emails.
I wish I discovered these videos sooner. It would've been a great help but now, (with some of the topics that are related to me) they're a great help. :)

This video makes me sad, a guy at worked did most of these signs and I missed them completely. I thought he was being nice or doing his supervisor role.
He invited me to drinks with the rest of the group (I don’t work with them all the time) I had a long day and wasn’t sure. He said ‘I hope you do come’, I did go but everyone was sad in a huge circle and I didn’t think I could join the group, so I left. I wished I could of told him it wasn’t because of him I wanted to get to know him, it was the situation. One day he showed he really cared, hed asked if I was ok cuz he had heard I was miserable working in my current area. He asked if he could do anything to help. I even thanked him for caring. Not many people would care especially if they don’t know them.
Looking back on these situations I want to shake myself to see the signs he was shows. This guy now won’t look or talk to me. But im starting to have feelings.
I always ask my friends if they had a bad day if they’re alright. Because it’s nice to have someone to talk to. I also tell my friends “you’re doing good 👍” when i bump into them, just incase they need to hear it!
As someone with Asperger's this was helpful, I for my part I like the direct approach because it removes the ambiguity. I'm trying to better myself when it comes to EQ and social interaction. I just hope I find a lady that can accept me for who I really am. (It is hard for me to live in this NT world but I try my very best) 😅😅

@@KimTiger777 One thing to remember is that most of these points are also an indicator of a person (not only from the oposit sex) who cares for you as a friend, and if you are in doubt of the other person's intentions, is best to assume the other person is being friendly
This has helped quite a bit it was recommended to me today after i had a friend randomly start taking a bit more interest in me recently although she only falls under like 3 out of the 8 signs you list so im not sure what take that as but it does help because ive been kind of curious on whats going on with the sudden attention but just haven't actually asked myself in case i make things super awkward between us

My boyfriend did the same until he confessed his feelings for me. I was oblivious as heck, even though he did all of this and even more. So guys n gurls, don't make the same mistakes I did. I almost pushed him away because I thought that he wasn't interested in me at all. It's very rare that someone confesses just in time for you to realize. Open your eyes, be aware of how your crush may treat you. If they do these things to you then they most likely like you very much.

I wasn't before but now i'm ACTUALLY confused with 1 or 2 people, if they used to like me or not. Because of some personal family drama, I had to cut off all connections, never even got to say goodbye, but this really make me consider if they liked me or not...
I have someone who i've been friends with for about 2 and a bit years. Our friendship is going along quite nicely, but I've always had feelings for her. She's beautiful inside and out. I've never been really good at reading body language, so I don't really know if she sees me just as a friend, or anything more. She's already invited me to a movie when a friend couldn't go and she had the extra tickets, so I see that as a nice sign that, at least, she feels comfortable around me. I'm afraid of being too direct in case it jeopardises our lovely friendship.
Make a flirtatious joke, if she stays quiet and just laughs it off then she might NOT see you that way and if it gets awkward then you can just make it seem as if it was JUST A JOKE. But if she responds with a flirtatious joke back or she's open to hearing more then more than likely she might see you in that way.. but 2 years of friendship is a long time so idk, there's nothing worse than having regrets, I feel like you'd regret it more if you never tried making a move or finding out, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't end a friendship over one or two jokes.
From experience, being comfortable around each other is a good sign. There is no timeline when it comes to love, so just enjoy spending time together before you're ready to get your feelings across. The more time you spend together the more those feelings will begin to blossom. For me it took 8 years to fully trust the process of love and most of them were only contact through emails. When you truly love someone, there will be no one who could ever take their place.
