A fine job on the Hellcat....and in 1/72 scale to boot!! Congratulations.

I built an academy hellcat last weekend and felt like I didn't do the justice for the formidable hellcat. Going to follow your guide to build an eduard kit, looks great!!

That little eduard kit was one of the best kits I've ever laid my hands on... Crisp, well defined, totally no flash, well engineered... You're going to have a lot of fun building it! Thanx for watching :)

This has been a super useful vid as I build mine. No where near the quality of workmanship on show here, but its my first time with PE parts.

Also, didn't see a decal for the right-hand cockpit console in my set, just ended up painting it.

Very nice build and it looks brilliant. It's a pity the marble effect seems to have disappeared under the dark sea blue. Keep up the good work!

Thank you Al. The marbling effect is in fact barely visible indeed.. I guess I should have been a little more thrifty with the blue.

Lovely build! What's the sticky pencil thing you use to pick up/place tiny parts?

Great build. Is it possible to have a link to the gloss varnish you used. Cheers.

Thank you ! I used Vallejo varnish (most of my paints are Vallejo as well).

It's a "no name" Chinese one.. The named brand is "Nasedal" 0,2mm, got it from Ali express last year.
