  • Nowadays, traditional martial arts are flourishing. Movies, TV series, dramas, entertainment, programs, dance performances and demonstrations all over the place - martial arts are ubiquitous and presented in a way to appeal to the modern people.
With all this exposure, most certainly much attention is drawn to the traditional martial arts and a lot of public interest is generated, motivating people to get involved and take up a martial art.
However, in remote places which have not yet been caught up by modern life and thinking, we can find martial arts practitioners who still maintain and perpetuate the traditional ways. Such places and people are a window to the past, and through them we are fortunate to be able to get a glance of how the martial arts looked like and were practiced in olden times.
Thanks to the successors from Hum Tau for providing us with this precious opportunity, and to generously share their Kung Fu and traditions with us!
We will post more videos on the Kung Fu in Hum Tau in the future.
