Asia. Millz good question. If you were asking in general, I think it comes down to personal taste or because they aren’t as common as darker colored eyes. That’s not to say people with dark colored eyes aren’t beautiful. In fact, I have caca brown eyes and I love them. What I personally found most appealing about Paige’s eyes here in the video were how symmetrical they are.

Definitely agree that for the darkness around the mom's mouth, use an orange or peach color corrector first and then a regular concealer on top to fully conceal the darkness.
Kind of hard to cover up a mustache with make-up though...only makes it look worse.

I don't think the beauty blender is best for these. The two girls using brushes had better coverage.
krisisnkaos brushes give more coverage than beauty blenders but beauty gurus usually have quite clear skin already so they dont need too muh coverage which is why they use bblenders xx

The BB gives a smoother, more natural coverage in my opinion. The brush does cover better but it looks cakey and if not blended well can be streaky as well

The only one who's applying it right is the girl with the birthmark. You shouldn't apply super high coverage foundation with a sponge, you should use a brush and then pick up excess with a sponge.
Also Dermablend is hands down the best. I have extensive scarring on my legs and use it even in summer and no one can tell unless they like examine my skin.

If you want to get rid of redness and the dark upper lip, you need to color correct. Foundation alone isn't going to cancel out the darkness in your skin and won't solve all redness.

No it’s not a mustache. It’s hyperpigmentation which is a thing that’s common in women that have had babies. If hers weren’t so close to her lip it wouldn’t look like a mustache. And I think she’s just super insecure about it because of the stigma that women get with body.

The lady with the dark upper lip bugged me, mostly because that sort of coverage you should be color correcting too. She should be putting orange or peach over her skin first THEN foundation. The orange/peach tones cancel out the darkness.
@PineappleThePom It’s melasma that looks like a mustache. I know unfortunately. It’s common when you get older and especially after being pregnant and from certain ethnicities. I just put hydroquinone on it for a month and call it a day. She came in knowing nothing was going to work. 🙄

I have the same birthmark as she has on my face and neck too and I've never been bullied or made fun of. But grabbed attention definitely. I wear the dermacol foundation pretty often. The key is to use a VERY thin layer. Like, half of my pinky nail will cover my entire face. And it works best for me if I apply with a dense rounded foundation brush, and then go over it with my beauty blender to smooth it out. Set with powder and you’re golden!

My little sister has a port wine birthmark on her face as well and she's 14, and struggling with confidence about her natural beauty. I feel bad that she struggles and feels like she has to hide behind makeup. Hopefully this video can help her a bit
lauren vee I think she will eventually find her confidence and those birth marks are cute in my opinion it makes you unique but if she doesn't like it she can also cover it up there's absolutely nothing wrong with that I know every girl puts makeup on to cover their imperfections or to feel more confident but eventually she will love being different and she should.

It's not a mustache, it's a pigmentation problem that is common for people to get when pregnant. My mom got it and it's an actual dark spot and not hair.

Edit: I have the Dermacol foundation and if that didn't cover the upper lip lady's problem then nothing will, that stuff covers EVERYTHING! I will say if you have combination/oily skin like me then I would advise you to bring a powder compact with you as it can get quite shiny after a while. Oh and you only need a tiny bit as well. I'm 19 and have a port wine stain across the left side of my face and left arm. Growing up it was very hard to be confident. Eventually I found makeup and it has become my passion. I love makeup but I don't wear it everyday. My boyfriend who I have been dating for a little over 6 months rather me not wear makeup because he loves me for who I am and that's true beauty. Be confident in who you are and people who really matter will love you for who you are. That's all that matters.

I have the same thing and it’s hard to do makeup and when I was growing up and even sometimes now, people stare and ask if I had been burned. Not many people are educated on it and to finally see someone on a big channel show people what it is a bit, it’s great! I have one on my left leg that stretches from my little toe all the way up to my butt.. my veins on that leg are super noticeable too so wearing shorts or dresses that are really short is really uncomfortable for me.

One of my volleyball teammates has a port wine birthmark like this girl's, and honestly I find them so pretty! It gives a sense of individuality, and are almost like artwork in a way. I feel really awful that people are self-conscious about them, or that people make fun of them for it :/

Same, I have a friend and she has it from her foot all the way up to her hip on one leg and crosses a bit over onto the other leg as well and it changes to a reddish pinkish colour when she’s hot and to a purpleish blueish colour when she’s cold and she never tries to hide it, and i think it plays a big part of her individuality as well since she also has medical issues with that leg (her birthmark isn’t the cause of the medical problems)

A *HUGE* help to me because I have a port wine stain birthmark on my eyelid that goes to my temple, and green concealer just doesn't help with the red/purple I have going on.

Try a yellow corrector or a yellow tone concealer, it will work better on redness and purple tones, and its more brightening than green corrector.

I have one too! right under my eye, up my temple and eyelid, and it took me years to finally find a foundation that gave me coverage just on its own without having to use a crap ton of concealer before and after. But I find that the Urban Decay All-Nighter foundation applied with a wet beauty blender really works for me! You don't even need concealer with it. I honestly would really recommend it if you haven't already tried it. And it applies matte which is a plus if you have oily or combination skin. (:

my leg my leg it should match your body. it's meant to even out skin tone, so lets say you have a tanner body and your face is lighter you should get a foundation closer to your body's skincolor. if your body and face match you can match it to your neck! hope that helps

With the dermacol foundation concealer would be pretty much useless, but yes color correcting would probably be the way to go.
