Why zoom the camera past the e.t. boards?? The race is over at that point. Stop at the e.t. boards, hold there for a few seconds and then back to the starting line. That's the ideal way to film drag racing w/o making your viewers dizzy with all the zooming in and out.
Because the shut down is sketchy A/F and that's usually where trouble happens...down the hill, through the sand pit, and in the woods...the one time I don't film until they go out of sight is going to be when I miss a wreck. One of my videos actually starts with a mustang in the sand pit as I was getting to the track. Some of the worst wrecks I have seen are in the shut down area, after everyone looks away. Thanks for the question though...
@@Adventures_with_Sport_Roof I kind of wondered if it was a NASCAR thing: just watching it for the wrecks. 😆 I watch drag vids for the racing and e.t.s. - not for any potential drama past the finish line. That's why I brought it up.
@@SaneCayne No not a nascar thing, they are too woke for me...Perhaps you should go to a drag strip or watch some live stream drag racing to see the race isn't over until you make back to your pit. Wrecks, fires, fights you never know what will happen and when a car gets tore up, viewers want to know what happened. I show it all, the good, the bad, the truth and the consequences. Racing is dangerous and exciting and I keep it 100...not for the weak hearted or weak minded. Thanks again for watching !!!
