First couple weeks will be rough just slow down and take your time! For me idc if 100 people are beeping at me, at the end of the day if I hit something it’s on me not them. Everything will get better with time💪🏾

Leave your Split your break on at all times when you or off duty or in sleeper Status for 2hrs you will get that time back on your 14hr clock and your 14hrs will stop running untill you start driving...I'm a swift driver as well in ohio on dick's sporting goods account...proud of you and be safe out here 🇭🇹

In the future,when you go fill up or anytime you stop and leave your trucks sight,check your king pin. Make sure noone pulled the lever,they are known to do that. Your trailer will disconnect & drop on the ground ! Just a tip....

Try to stay off duty as much as possible to save your clock. You will get this , hang in there.
Yes I just now started to do this it saves my 70 and allows me to work on recap. I work 7days a week now and only take a break when I reallyyy need it.

If you were on swift property go to the shop let them check the trailer doors
Make them fix the doors before you leave the shipper with a new seal.

Make sure u r on level ground so doors can close properly. Sometimes even sliding tandem to the back will do the trick

When you get a trailer always get it a 21,22,23 you get paid extra that’s something that they are not telling you about. With swift transportation.
I had a student in training myself I have video of her training and ask for permission to video her as she drives and park blindside.

Hi whatcha up to hope all is well sending up prayers 4 healing and unspoken and 4 everyone and bless great healthy peaceful safe journeys travels and happy hauling and happy day everyday in name of the Creator God and Yeshua/ Jesus and the Holy Ghost Amen much honor and respect keep walking tall always and keep praying and keep pushing forward one step at a time also petal to the metal hammer dwn and keep'em on the pavement/ roads and keep'em rollin also catch u on the flippy flops and always take ur time don't let ppl rush u and always chk ur chks and always pretrip also keep pepper spray on u at all times cus some truck stops parking is low lighting and good to see u starting out just remember don't rush and if tired pull over some where remember u r not alone out there ask a veteran drivers 4 help but plz plz be careful at who u ask and most of all enjoy the ride there will be days u wanna give in on them days push through cus it will be worth it the nxt day also always be aware of ur surroundings and remember the Creator God and Yeshua/ Jesus and the Holy Ghost and our Ancestors is with u everyday much honor and respect keep walking tall always and truck on

My training was 3 weeks and yes you can have a pet just make sure that your mentor is okay with it tho

because I’m having trouble I just can’t hold it like I used to I worked for ups and knees went out on me do you ever come to Decatur il I just lost my cousin to cancer and my mom died and my dad they died from the same cancer that scared me and I had to move because of health problems I hope you didn’t my me ask you that question maybe we can meet up with you someday brad
