Where I live, MQ-24 is now even almost two times cheaper than F-91W. So everyone has a choice: either buy one OCW-T200S (and wait for a month of shipping, aha) or 15 F-91Ws or 30 to 42 MQ-24s for the same price. Good luck finding a single place here that has 42 of MQ-24 watches in stock though. However, compared to all other watch options for the same price, MQ-24 is **infinitely** better than all that Chinese OEM crap offered here in the same segment. No Skmei or Curren or Naviforce or Guanqin will ever come close to the Casio's quality standards even for the most budget-saving timepieces.
Had both. The winner was the MQ24 for me. Its more comfortable and looks casual but elegant. The F91 is also a good watch but, in my opinion, its not as comfortable on wrist and just cant get used to the light. If you can appreciate the size and look of the MQ24, then its really the perfect no-frills time piece imo.
I have both, really worth it. Simple, nice looking watches, good quality and great value. My MQ-24 is the Big Numbers black- white dial. Also have a black Casio Marlin Duro MDV-106 (my beater for almost 3 years now, definitely the best Value - Price watch for the price)
@@Tim2pointoh that thing is hard! I bought it and that same day I started wearing it daily, bezel have few scratches (by wear) but my watch is a 9/10 in looks! Definitely the best watch to own... I still have it with the original Casio Rubber Strap (most say it's cheap, but nah, that thing is tough)
I got the one of the right (F-91-W), and used it every day for 3 years now, after being used by my grandfather. The clock is definitely more robust than what I expected. Have swam with it several times, showered with it every day, hiked in -20C during winter etc. Still works perfectly.
TIP: If you are afraid of scratching the acrylic, buy a plastic touchscreen protector(The flimsy ones). Cut into the shape and apply. peel off if it gets old and just add a new one.
