    For rice -
    Hot water - For boiling
    Soaked Rice - 1.5 Cup ( Soak it at-least for 45 min. )
    Bay leaf - 2 pieces
    Cinnamon - 1 inch
    Green Cardamom - 3 pieces
    Star anise - 1 piece
    Black pepper - 5-6 pieces
    Cloves - 2-3 pieces
    Kewra water / Gulaab jal - 1 Tsp (Optional)
    Salt - 1 Tbsp
    Lemon - 1/2 piece
    Marinating Vegetables-
    Curd - 1 Cup
    Coriander powder - 1Tbsp
    Biryani Masala - 2 Tbsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
    Red chilly powder - 1 Tsp
    Salt - As per taste
    Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 Tsp
    Green chilly paste - 1 Tsp
    Ginger garlic paste - 2 Tbsp
    Fresh mint leaves - As per you
    Fresh coriander leaves - As per you
    Lemon juice - 1 Tsp
    French beans - 1/2 Cup
    Cauliflower - 1.5 Cup
    Carrot - 1 Cup
    Green peas - 1/2 Cup
    Potato - 3 pieces
    Oil - 3 Tbsp
    Cashews - 7-8 piece (optional)
    Paneer - 200gram (optional)
    For Barista-
    Refined oil - for frying
    Onion - 3 pieces
    Layering Biryani-
    Green chilies - 4 pieces
    Yellow food colour -As per you
    Red food colour - As per you
    Saffron milk- As per you ( Hot milk + saffron- kept for 5 minutes)
    Fresh coriander leaves
    Fresh mint leaves
    Biryani masala - 1.5 Tbsp
    Lemon - 1/2 piece
    For giving dum -
