Kanu Sharma so the uneven coating of rice, with some bieng plane does not affect the overall taste?? Or can i mix the rice with vegetable with masala before hand instead layering?.

For people asking for difference between Biryani and Pulao Both Biryani and Pulao can be either non-veg or veg. However, the way it is made varies. Biryani is set in layers of vegetables or meat and half-cooked rice before keeping it on dum. Pulao is something where the rice gets cooked in meat or veg broth. Which means the rice gets mixed with other ingredients while cooking. End product should be perfectly cooked rice but a little brothy or 'dheela' but mind it this is still not Khichdi Hope that helps
