@@JoshAttwellSports I try this on the court and this is how I feel about the drills: Lincou Side-to-Sides is my favorite so far. I did a lot of straight drives/ volleys on solo drills but I did not try and don't know any crosscourt drills. So hitting and returning crosscourt are my weak spots and I find myself clumsy when doing this drill. Front Corners (Alternating Legs), I did it close to the corner with alternating legs in each shot and I think it is easy. Next time I will make the shot further and see how it goes. Straight Volleys with Short Ball and Cross-Court Feed for Volley Drop. They are too difficult for me right now. I could not hit accurate volleys consistently, especially on my backhand side. I will try them later as I improve my backhand volleys. Freestyle Front Court. This drill is a bit hard as well, I will try them later as I improve my front-court skills through Lincou Side-to-Sides drill. Fast Feeds for Short Balls. A very good drill to improve the short ball and train the foot to move quickly, also very fun. In general, I think these drills stress a lot on quick foot movement, which is an area that I have been neglecting in my previous solo drills. These drills are great ways to complement my solo training.
great tips, I regularly do 5 minutes of the first drill to warm up, adding a straight drop before the crosscourt: legs and racket feeling will be 10 times better than simply doing 5 minutes of drives like everyone is doing.
Thanks! I'm really liking it actually. It has a bit more weight in the head than older versions of the Elite I've used in the past. I wouldn't usually like that as much but it has a great mix of power and control while also being forgiving when under pressure.
Really cool vid. Been working to get my levels up in the last few months (climbed to above 3k on SquashLevels, and this is a nice one to kick me on to that next level.
Love it! Can't wait to try out on court!
Let me know how it goes!

Very nice❤
Very useful drills!
You make it look so easy 😅 your stability on the court is awesome. Moving forward into the kill shot is so clever, I'll be trying that out for sure.
Cool! Best squash tutorial ever seen. All your videos on the court are great

@@JoshAttwellSports you may just inspire me to put my ICE Elites to one side! Definitely easier to source too
@@laurielacey-hastings1973 If you need to give them away to someone for free I'll happily have them 😉😂
a tutorial on the tecnique on that short ball would be amazing!
