    any tips for solo training, especially the fitness side of it. is ghosting enough? is there anything else you deem crucial?

    • @JoshAttwellSports
      @JoshAttwellSports  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Ghosting is an extremely useful tool to develop fitness, speed and efficiency around the court. You can do slow, rhythmic ghosting sessions to develop movement patterns as well as short, sharp sessions to work on speed, strength and agility. However, it is really important to do different types of training to have a robust, injury free body. Running and cycling are great for both sprint/anaerobic sessions and long duration/aerobic sessions. As well as this, doing lower and upper body weight sessions or circuits really helps with your stability and core strength on court which gives you more shot options from each position while helping you recover back to the T after each shot. I hope this helps!

    Absolutely love this progression Josh! Definitely going to work through this. How often do you personally do solo sessions please?

    • @JoshAttwellSports
      @JoshAttwellSports  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks! I used to do them 6 or 7 times a week when I was training full time. Now I probably do them 2 or 3 times a week just to stay sharp.

      I think I was using a double yellow dot in this video. I'm a big fan of using a red dot for these drills too though!
