The best squash movement explanation video I ever watched! Showing the PSA clip, personal demonstration, and text in videos is the best way to explain the concept. Another video that I will watch multiple times. Thank you, Josh!
Amazing - I'm loving all your video's on movement as this is exactly what I'm working on and it's help me massively. I like how you've overlayed the commentary with examples of the pro's doing it so you can really see it in practice (PS thanks for your feedback!)
Great video! I can't seem to find anything on TH-cam as useful as your videos. Is there a video in the works going over split step? It always gets mentioned but no one seems to talk about what it is and how to practice it
I think it depends how much pressure they're under. If they're under a lot of pressure then they'll probably have to use their front leg to be able to reach the ball with the extra extension. If they're not under quite as much pressure (still under pressure though) and they know they can reach it, then they can use the back leg so they can recover to the T faster after the lob.

Thanks for watching! I've already got plans for my next few videos but it's definitely something I can cover in the future!
Great video and explanation. Perhaps some videos are a bit darker shade than others and we have to brighten the screen. Otherwise well done.
Thanks for watching!
💯👌
most of the times when under pressure, i see players play lobs from the backhand through their backleg
Do you mean from the front corner?
@@JoshAttwellSports yeah exactly
