I have a couple of Boller ball holders already and they’re great! I have one for my new and match-standard balls and one for old single dot balls for training. 👌
I always start each day's practice with a "machine gun volley." This is to speed up the rhythm of the brain. When things start to get better, I suddenly try to catch the ball, hit a volley boost and chase it to the other side, and after finishing it, I do several types of figure eights from bottom to top. What I'm a little weak at is cross and straight pattern volleys, which are much slower than figure eight. I feel like if I could do this at super high speed, the level of rallying would go up considerably, so I've been putting a lot of emphasis on it lately. I haven't done figure 16 yet, so I'll practice it.
That's great! I'm glad you spend time doing solo drills as it's one of the best ways of improving your overall skill level! Let me know how the figure of 16 goes! 👍🏻
Great video, thanks so much for your content! How many times and how long would you suggest doing these drills per week? I'm just getting back into playing seriously after a gap of over 10 years, so looking to improve as rapidly as possible!
@@mihirchoughule7331 Thanks for watching! The more the better really! An hour a day, 4 or 5 days a week would probably be ideal. It's just about being consistent with it and being focused while doing it.
Another great drill video Josh! Boller looks interesting, I might get a a few as Christmas stocking fillers for my squash club!
Great idea!
I just completed your routine in my dreams. It was great.
Visualisation can be very useful!
