We spent two years of planning for filming the european championship. Your Follow/ Subscribe would help us a lot, growing and supporting women’s football! 🥰
I'm from Canada, but absolutely loved the Lionesses story. Was rivited to the live game. Well done, girls. England has a real chance to rule the women's football world, if the Premiership clubs put full backing behind the women and the Super League. It makes total sense now, as it will only help bring in women and sports fan world wide into their mens and womens clubs. The English Women Super League could become like the NBA or NHL is in North America. Such a chance here.
I hope the UK does promote it more. The same happened in the Netherlands five years ago when they won. Fun fact, it was the same coach that won both championships ;-)
i agree. one of the reasons i prefer womens football is that it has such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. mens football is so testosterone driven and the crowds are so relatively aggresive.
@@MrVerveverve Exactly. Compare that to the horroble scenes that were found at the men's finals. Drunken male yobs, openinly taking drugs and involved in other anti social behaviour. Leicester Square looking like a war zone for the two days the Scottish fans were in London and drinking themselves into oblivion. How can families take their kids to that? That final yesterday showed how great football can be, as an event, for the whole family and even on the pitch, players that are in the sport because they love to play. Players for whom winning is everything. No egos, no dramatics, just a pure love for the game and a pride in wearing their nation's shirt.
