No other forms needed if your application is a straightforward one. Yes there are sections to upload each document by category although different countries might use different softwares. When I applied I had the option to upload all the documents by category. They did have a maximum file size there. Again this may vary country by country but the immigration website will clearly state these limits when you apply. So don't worry. 👍

That's a great idea Tuba. I have that in the pipeline. In the meanwhile though, do keep applying. It's a slow process to secure your first job but it is a matter of persistence.

If you have full GMC registration then that will serve as your evidence for English.

However, I just want to be clear about the police clearance part @3.06 timeline when you said 'you have to provide PCC from both countries you have live (Pakistan and Bangladesh)'. but the paper on you screen (from UKVI) said "28yrs and above will provide PCC from ANY country". Please could you clear that up. Thank you in anticipation....

This is visa is processed faster than others (3 weeks). But in Pakistan there is no option to make it go any faster yet.
Hi, what if I don't have 1270£ in my bank account? Can I say my father will be sponsoring me for the first month?
I'm not if parents can act as sponsors for the work visa as your trust will be the sponsor in this one. It's either 1270£ in your name or the hospital checks maintenance. If still in doubt would be worth asking someone who actually used their parents as a sponsor or asking a lawyer.

Now I'm confused which type I should take, if its general or academic and the band score requirement for it.
Sorry to hear about your difficulties. It can be a frustrating process but just hang in there. The one i took was IELTS UKVI academic. So it met both ukvi and gmc requirements. Is that option available to you in your country?

Hi Florence thanks for the query. Could you please be a bit more specific. Which visa are you in particular talking about? And could you share the full breakdown of your score results. If applying for a health and care worker visa as a doctor you need to be fully gmc registered. In order to be gmc registered you need a minimum of 7.5 overall in IELTS academic and 7 in all other bands.

Hi Fahmida! Sorry I'm unaware how the process works for health care assistants. But generally you would need a job offer letter first. And after they have run their specific checks they'll send you a CoS. The first step would be to apply for the jobs out there. Search on NHSjobs to see if you meet the person specifications.

Hi….I m from India and recently i have applied for skilled worker visa (Health and care visa) I m a nurse and didn’t uploaded OET results after initial visa application process. 6 days after my biometrics appointment, i got an email to provide evidence of english language test. so i sent OET certificates to them… is it sufficient or do i need to provide another document as well?
I think your NMC registration would have been a better document to submit as opposed to the OET. But that's just my opinion. For doctors one needs to provide their gmc registration as evidence of English language competence for the health and care worker visa (alternatively we can submit ielts if we want to). So the health and care worker visa is still available to adequately qualified individuals from Pakistan. There are no limits about the number of applicants as far as I am aware. They most certainly haven't mentioned this fact on their website. The visa only takes 3 weeks to process.

Hi Bongyoung. The ielts requirement for visas is different and for the gmc registration is different. Since a doctor needs to be gmc registered before they can obtain this visa they will need 7 in each band and 7.5 overall.

I have the required amount for the last three months only.

Hello, I am a physiotherapist with a valid hcpc registration and IELTS GT test results. Can I proceed for my health and care worker visa application with the same or do I have to get an Ecctis certificate?
I can't say because I don't know what the pathway for a physiotherapist would be. For a doctor you'd need IELTs academic NOT general training.

It's on the website of your local visa processing centre. Every country has a different one. When you begin your application on gov.uk you they have you check for your nearest visa processing centre.
