    Happy Thanksgiving guys! Greg, in your thumbnail, your large sun hat almost looks like a Pilgrim hat! Ha! Perfect fit for the Thanksgiving illustration. I'll. Be back in Duma soon, see ya around 🙂

    I recently lost my mother so its been hard for me. She was the only family I had left. But I am thankful for the time we shared together and everything she taught me. I am thankful for my fiancee(fiancee) She and mom were really close. It seemed liked she talked mom more than I did. She really took the lead taking care of all the necessary things when mom passed. I am thankful for the friends that I have.

      @raymondwalker2048 Filipinas are often very caring to their significant other parents. Good memories are very important as we can recall them as much as we want. I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Thanks for commenting.

    Hi Greg and Wilma. Happy Thanks Giving. Black Friday shopping is very popular now in Canada. I went shopping today and i really got a very good deal. It was 50% to 60% plus additional 20% or 25% on specific item. I am happy with the Black Friday shopping. My cousin in the US said they will have big lechon for dinner with families.

    Greg and Wilma, it's been awhile since I've seen your videos, but I wanted to let you know that I enjoy what you have shared with us. I was last in the Philippines more than 50 years ago as a kid when my father was stationed at Subic Bay, and your video triggered some old memories of "Philippine Mortars". These were actually made out of large bamboo and had the central core opened up for its entire length. Let's just say they would use gasoline in these things and touch it off with a really long match :). It was fun watching the kids with a "safer" version of the more modern equivalent!

    There's so much to be thankful for when you're living in the Philippines. There's like a 100 little things that no talks about. So thanks for mentioning that many restos, resorts, and hotels offer Thanksgiving dinner... Turkey with all the fixins' ... More importantly, God Bless all the amazing Filipinas like Wilma that are going to take care of us when we get old 😂🙏

    Happy Thanksgiving, and yes, many shoppers are going crazy this morning here this early Black Friday. I am thankful to see things that I have, that many don't. Life is not perfect, with many roadblocks in our way, but if you can get around them, we are better for it. I am grateful to be able to have the will to still make it to the Philippines and be with my special Filipina who makes time for us everyday, and 2025 is still the year to get there. Also happy to watch great videos from people like you!😊

    According to Texas Filipino TH-cam channel, he said that the Talisay Nuts is actually the Wild Walnuts. He collects them and eat them every time he finds them. He's got 1or 2 trees in his property.

      @buildingthephilippines  4 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      They were pretty big trees there. Probably has lots of nuts to harvest.

    Philippines celebrate Fil-Am Day. It's a national holiday in the Philippines. I forgot what month and date of the year it's celebrated, but I couldn't forget the no school because it's Fil-Am day.
