My detangler brush I saw from a YTer & got from Amazon = game changer! I simply read & followed its box instructions. I did it really gently , slowly and w/ super wet hair. Relaxing on scalp.

Actually you line the control bar up with the holes on the back because the bar has grooves that go into the hole, she is over stretching her brush putting the bar so low!
Nope. It's an adjustable brush with several lines of holes. She's using the line of holes that work for her hair.

personally, i do because i have really thick hair and it helps a lot to use it because it gets rid of the tangles easier and actually stays untangled

Bc you have a very strong thickness hair then it can't hold,you must use another Detangler

this brush does NOT work on my curly hair; the bristles are too stiff and they just tear all my hair out. the tangle teezer is so much better than this one!!!!

Right. I have this brush and it sucks on afro textured hair. It's even worse with the back brace put on, makes it stiff like any other brush.
