1984 Plymouth Reliant Wagon - 22 years since last registration - WILL IT RUN? 2.2 RACE ENGINE!?

A mystery 84 Wagon with all kinds of stickers, gauges and weird goodies shows up for some help. Stuck valves, head, head-gasket? No compression, no start. Do we bring her back to life? Duh.

Speaking of Mods...Chrysler once experimented with this engine, had Lotus build a head for the concept car , the Dodge M4S, that was used in the movie "The Wraith"...the engine was said to produce 400hp and the car traveled the track at a top speed of 199mph...the head was sold to the public as a kit for $2000, it was turbo. I doubt the kit is available anymore, but would be awesome to see.

This would have came with a 1BBL ELB(Electronic Lean Burn) and most were chucked and replaced by 1990. These 2.2L in 1984 had 85 hp and by 1986 the EFI models were at 94 to 110 hp and 125 FT Of Toque and the 2.5L N/A was a t 100-110 hp and had 136-146 Ft LB of torque depending on year. by end of the 2.2 and 2.5L and discontinued by 1996. The Shelby Charger (1983-1985) came with the H.O 2.2L with 110-115 hp depending on year. These H.O 2.2L EFI were also used in the 1984 Dodge Omni GLH (Goes Like Hell) and then the next year they had a GLH-T EFI ( Goes Like Hell- Turbo 146 hp) and then in 1986-1987 they had a Shelby GLH-S (Goes Like Hell S'MORE) with the 2.5L Shelby turbo 175 hp and 136 FT of Torque.
