Excellent video, I 1000% agree that pulling is highly under rated. It shocks me that even in the Semis + Finals of all tournaments, that I see bricks. I am not talking about a pull that is almost great and fades to a brick, I'm talking about , not even close to a good pull.
It's also the fact that strong pulls ALL GAME , Just mounts the pressure on the offence.

My pulls aren't as good as Mr Foster's but I use the same technique and find that my focus is on my foot placement in the spin in order to be consistent. Power = work over time and the spin gives that additional time.
