- Hello all and welcome, today's video is an unboxing and first impressions of my new set of pencils, Faber-Castell Polychromos 120 coloured pencil set. I do already have a set of Polychromos pencils but it is only a set of 12 so this set is a big expansion of my available colour range.

Late to the party, but mine should arrive in a couple days. When I see that blue/green tray, I immediately think ocean and rainforest. I'm also practicing my skills on exotic birds, and they are amazingly colourful. We have a grey striped cat so those greys will come in handy too.. So excited!😊
Yes birds are great for using done of those brighter colours, it would probably help if I did more backgrounds too.
You dont have to use every one. Just to have them is like receiving a box of jewels. Its ok just to have them

Anyone else notice that I think 2 colors are out of place in the tray compared to the chart/back of tin? For example light red violate should be in the last tray but I think it’s in the 1st. I wonder why the two colors deviated in the tin compared to the booklet and back of tin🤔. I moved mine to match the back of tin and booklet, still thought it was strange. At first I thought there was a dupe color (meaning a color would be missing) XD, but not the case, just slightly out of order.

Great idea, there's definitely quite a number of unused pencils and many that are well used.
