- Shop along with me as we explore the drinks aisle and some of the newest and healthiest beverages. We talking about collagen water, maple water, apple cider vinegar beverage, plant based smoothies, and more! I always try to avoid natural flavors, fake sweeteners, and too much added sugars when it comes to drinks, but the beverages on the shelf these days are next level. Allah has given all the treasures to us in the nature. I am from Subcontinent and lived near 1600 km long tropical area, we’ve always preferred fresh coconut water from young coconuts. Even if you go to beaches, you see many vendors selling fresh young coconut, they cut the top part and make a hole to put the straw in it. Super refreshing, healthy and from the lap of nature. Bobby is doing great job as people are being way conformist to everything that’s is advertised to us. I always avoid mass produced products such as $1 sliced bread packages.

new subscriber here and am loving your videos.... exciting to watch. I just was diagnosed with GERD and taking two types of meds...a proton pump inhibitor and a histamine 2 blocker.... ugh! I'm also a type one diabetic so sugars and carbs are low on my list! I am rethinking all the foods I have been eating and need to make adjustments and want to do it NOW! Especially excited about Bragg's drink to add good acid to my tummy. Rose is adorable! Have more babies! Thanks for all the work you and Art and Desi(?) do to make us healthier people!

@campkira- clearly healthy things can be found in supermarkets thats the whole point of this video and other videos similar to this one
if its popular enough, walmart and costco will start stocking it. Costco will usually have a larger quantity for a better price.

HEB stores in Texas have the Bragg's ACV drinks in their healthy living departments also along with Rebbl drinks.

Target has a new brand called HELLO .. you can find fluoride free charcoal with coconut oil.
Just make your own... coconut oil+baking soda+peppermint oil. It's simple and works amazing.

The rebel drinks are good I get the mocha, and yes it’s the pieces of coconut ice the drink. I sometimes use it as a creamer for my coffee

If you have a 'Grocery Outlet' in your area . . . you can find really good deals on these health foods. I got that Rebbl chocolate shake once for only $.99 . . as it was nearing it's best buy date (still within 30 days). Unfortunatley I was unfamiliar with it and only bought one. Now that I'm watching Bobby's vids . . . I'm learning what to look for.
That store is iffy. Things are old. Smoothies are often un usable. Never buy frozen food there. Often thawed and re froze . They sell holiday foods priced like fresh 4 mo.s after.
@@stormyweather8798 You have to be careful bout the frozen/refrigerated perishables but . . . everything else has the 'sell by' or 'use by' dates on them and are there b/c major grocery stores won't stock them if their dates are within 3-4 months. So you have an opportunity to try items that would cost you much more at the reg grocery store.
So who else couldn’t focus because you kept watching Rose 🌹 like I did the entire taste testing! She is so sweet!

stir raw cacao powder with a little hot water until combined, add your favorite type of milk and monkfruit / allulose. cacao will wake you up!

I love your channel. I've learned SO much. The thing we must consider in health benefits is also the packaging. Is it biodegradable or recyclable? Our health at the price of earth's health...is as Spock would say, 'is illogical'. Plastic out. Glass is recyclable. Paper biodegrades. Plastic needs to go.
Do you have any recommendations for a veggie fruit green juice? I usually get the Naked Green Machine but it's not organic and there's natural flavoring in it. Trying to get a healthier version for my kids.
