We really need a video on how exactly to get the item. Like I mean showing how to make the item once you collect the required amount of maintenance kit material, how to do the special bond story (I heard that there is some special story to do first, don't know if its true), and how to attach the item to the character. The actual process is still abstract to me and I can't find a guide that walks you through step by step, so honestly the first person to actually make a how to guide showing the process will get a gold star from me.
Hey, I can tell you how I got my Laplace item. I recommend for anyone with a Favorite Item you start them off with a R doll rather than a SR doll. It is cheaper to level it to Phase 15 than it is to level the SR doll to Phase 5. I never used any of the SR maintenance kits and only used the R kits one at a time. I think this is important that you do 1 at a time because you could get the Super Lucky which will boost it all the way to Phase 5/10/15. Once your R doll is 15, you just need an SR doll of the same type and transfer it over. Then repeat, now using the SR maintenance kits to try and push Phases. After that you just do the story and use the special maintenance items for the character to level it up.
@zefer8831 a thing to note is that you don't need to use the kits one at a time. Just hit max and if you get a super success at any point it'll stop the maintenance process and not use any kits past the super success until you choose yo use them again.

And that's not even a completely maxed Lap. Like you pointed out, it's 5 seconds of Hero Vision, wheras the upgrade makes it 15s, long enough to last the entire burst time and buffing the beam the entire time but as it is with only 5s duration it falls off and damage decreases.
As far as I know, I think you just need Hero Vision fully stacked when she Bursts then after that it doesn't matter. I believe the damage drop half way into the burst is because the other team wide buffs, like Liter's, only last about 5 seconds. But I could be wrong and hopefully upgrading the last part does bump up that damage
@@zefer8831 when he is fighting boss you can see separate damage numbers from her Hero vision stack damage on the bottom of the boss and its stops after about 5 s
I wonder how strong Laplace with favorite item will be if we add Frima with favorite item (buff true damage) and diesel with favorite item (buff piercing).
I got lucky and got Diesel's train toy after a week but now have to wait for the maintain item from dispatch. These thing is time gate as hell. Probably if some one lucky enough they can get 1 max upgraded per month

when laplace use burst skill it says that change her weapon... i wonder if Maybe this interferes with rem's buffs
I already have her favorite item leveled to 15. Once I can get another dupe of Laplace, I'll be able to finally unlock it! As it is right now, she's my 3rd most powerful Nikke, though she only has lvl 0 OL gear and 4/4/4. She's going to hit like a train after I unlock her.

"Buffing" 4 weak characters through dumb luck and a ton of resources/requirements. They're still not even that powerful but I guess the Nikke community will continue to cope

Really depends on how lucky you are. You could in theory do it with only 3 cleaning tools if you nail that 1-3% that gives you an automatic 5 level ups.

I tested her with the stage 2 fav item on weekly bosses and it feels a little janky, because she doesn't do her usual heal taunt when she's on the 100% extra hp skill trigger, though it'll probably feel much better once we unlock the stage 3 skill
Minor thing to point out. On the first test with Liter, Clay, Rupee, SBS.
She's hitting harder than SBS cuz La+ burst 1 more than SBS
Looking at the first burst each nikke did, La+ did 17m, SBS did 28m.
It's quite unclear tho, since u bring up the dmg comparison after La+ did her 2nd burst. So I assume SBS abit lower dmg than 28m
Point is, she's not stronger than SBS but La+ did get strong enough to almost equal SBS

I tested my Stage 2 Treasure Laplace in the exact same Crown comp, and she does 25% less DMG than my SBS......
And my Laplace is Core 7 vs my LB0 SBS. She has literally 30% more base attack than my Scarlet, yet she gets significantly outdamaged...
The video isn't really a proper test, he doesn't show overloads, doesn't show which cubes he's using, he's using aim lock, doesn't show sbs' doll etc.
@@lks178 the only thing that could help him are the cubes and the OL but with only attack roles since if they were elemental, they would not work because where he was testing it, neither of them has an elemental advantage against the boss(fire code), but even so, it would have to be like 30 % extra damage that laplace has in some miraculous way to surpass his sbs and yes, the favorite item itself, it gives so much buffs that even having sbs with a level 15 SR doll could not reach, that's how crazy the favorite items are(im not saying is better than sbs, alice its not in the team so, yeah)

She's powerful, but not more so then Scarlet. A fully leveled Scarlet vs Laplace would still go to Scarlet.
Considering how much reaources you need on her for to be this good I ll say its decent , but then again she might be power creeped when all nikkes get theyr favorite items
HOW DO YOU GET THIS ITEM?
Select a Nikke and in the upper left you can view Collection Items. You have to put one on them and level it up. Just keep pumping resources into them and you'll get it eventually. I would recommend saving the SSR and SR maintenance kits and just use the R kits.
That’s good though, that way she can be a good asset to newer players and people who don’t have overpowered Pilgrims
Not at all. This is a power boost veteran players that had Laplace collection dust.
You need her to be at least 2 star and bond level 30. Then you have to get a RL collection item to max to evolve to her favorite item. THEN you need work on maxing out the favorite item. All of this in addition to having lv10 skills and OL gear.
It would be easier to luck roll Modernia, Scarlet/BS, and invest in them, for new players.
Like I've been doing all my dailies etc and feeding Laplace's item and about half way leveled the SR item because I'm not lucky with the super success on cleaning the doll.

In this account she's only hitting harder than scarlet because she got 3 stars. That's a serious difference. Put them all in 1 star and still won't make it.
You can't even unlock laplace's treasure without atleast 2 stars
The point of this is that if you’re willing to commit to a character, even they can compete with newer ones, obviously they won’t outright replace like red hood or crown, but give alternatives for people who may never have a red hood, crown / others. So I think it’s a win
The dupes add like 2% to your overall stats. Having stars doesn't mean anything until Core 2 or higher.
On top of that, her gears were at level 0
Yeah, good Pilgrims are always going to outdo other Nikke. The fact that she is able to be on par where before she was never even close is what makes it great
