How long do you cook the bread? And do you flip it when baking?

It depends on your oven. Not all the ovens cook at the same time. But make sure to preheat your oven first at a high temperature 225 to 250 Celsius and put the sheet pan in the middle of the oven. don't flip the bread at all. If you have the oven setting top and bottom use that. If not cook with the bottom setting until it's golden from the bottom then turn on the top. I hope it was clear and helpful.

It depends on your oven actually. What i noticed here is that the oven doesn't cook in the same way so I'll be leading you to a mistake if i give you an exact time. But you should always preheat your oven before baking any type of bread. After putting your bread in the oven. you might start checking it after 15 min because this bread is a bit flatter than European types of bread for example. I hope that i explained it well.

About 2 cups but it depends on the nature of the flour you're using. Absorption of flour maybe different as we don't use the same brands all over the world. My advice is to feel the dough it shouldn't be hard neither too wet but can be a little sticky

Well it's very hard as ovens might cook differently. What i can say is always preheat your oven for baking any bread at least 250 C degrees that's what i do then bake it and start checking after 15 min. If it's became in a golden color it means that it's ready. It takes a small amount of time because it's not a very big type of bread
