I have the crio 8432. All my prints have a white background although I’m using png files. I’m certain there is no or a transparent background. Any insight on what I’m doing wrong or what I can do to fix this ? Help please 🙏
I need to do plastic sport water bottles. Can I used this or is something else recommended?

Hi there! what kind of transfer paper and glue do you recommend. I have purchase some paper transfer and glue and every time I peel it off after I have pressed them on the T-shirt some of the image/glue doesn't stick onto the shirt it stays on the sheet. Help! Am I doing something wrong or do you think is the quality of the paper? Thanks for your help!!
I personally prefer Forever Laser Dark. If you're having difficulty with your A+B marriage/peel, you might want to check out this video: th-cam.com/video/vfCnwIT6zTs/w-d-xo.html I put my best tips in that video. If you're still having issues, I'd recommend reaching out to your paper supplier to see if they have any suggestions. Otherwise, you can pick up some Forever Laser Dark on our website - heat.press/foreverlaserdark

Have question: "Do you have to print a separate sheet for every t-shirt you're printing on? Thanks in advance.
Yes, you do.
If you use a white underbase for light garments..like the heather grey… does it make colors pop more like dtg does?
Yes, definitely.
There's holes in my prints is this common I can't seem to find a fix same printer as you
It's possible your RIP software might be defaulting to add a perforation, halftone, or rasterization effect. You should also double-check your print/media preset to ensure it's correct. (This video shows how to intentionally add "holes" in the RIP software: th-cam.com/video/dTzRWh3Q1Rk/w-d-xo.html)
If you're using a different RIP, try reach out to the software company for support.
Do you have to use sublimation mugs
No. If you're using hard surface transfer paper, you can apply it onto almost any mug.
