If im failing to this , in faster movement is it better to slow down?And is slowing down while doing this gonna help me progess furtherBTW i practice everyday dribbling for 2 hours thats why im asking
I wouldn’t recommend 2 hours a day. Sometimes just 20 minutes is better. Start slow then try doing it without looking at the ball
3:47 when you do the drag back, do you push it out with your lace or inside or somewhere in between
somewhere in between, my big toe
