There's a mod that has a big overhaul for the "Create your team" mode on NexusMod. I has some original badges and every kit has a real sponsor (RedBull, Paramount+, Spotify, etc.), one of the original badges is "London RedBull" (it looks exactly how you would expect a RedBull London logo to look like) and every Nike jersey has RedBull as its sponsor, so you could even change kit between seasons while keeping a sponsor that is a perfect pick for your club. Fun way I've found to have fun on career mode is team rotation, Over the past couple of years, I've bought my fair share of mystery football shirt boxes, and have recently only used teams who's shirts I've collected, it's taken me across all of Europe's top 5 leagues, and had me using teams like Mallorca, Monaco and Union Berlin and I've found myself growing fond of certain players who I now keep track of IRL..

One of my favorite things to do is swap up the teams in the leagues. It's pretty common for people to create a "Super League" where they bring all the best teams to England and stack all the best teams in the Premier and Championship leagues. But instead of hoarding all the top teams, what I enjoy even more than that is to swap out all the teams (which I'm tired of seeing in a RTG campaign) with teams that are roughly on par with them from other leagues. You wind up with a nice sampler platter of teams from all over the world that you rarely (if ever) see, you still get that nice long climb up the EFL ranks, but you don't have to deal with the same English teams, jerseys, and players that you've seen 1,000 times.

I don't have FC 24 but I have FIFA 22 and 23, and I assume create-a-club hasn't changed. I can't speak for anyone else but the reason I don't use it is because the kit creation is pitiful. I remember playing a much older FIFA which gave us almost endless options for kit creation as well as changing the names of teams. I made an entirely new imaginary league, and let me tell you it was so much fun and made me so proud to watch my creations on the screen. If FC 24 kit creator is anything like the previous games, you can't even specify one color for shirts, one for pants and one for socks. If you pick a color you have to use their specific patterns the whole way through. What's most maddening about this is that (at least I assume without any programming experience) it would be SO EASY to implement a more full-featured kit and team design tool set.
