Anyone else experience heart palpitations, feeling anxious in the morning. digestive issues in the morning, can’t concentrated, feel like you’re going to have a panic attack. Also one minute you are fine and convince yourself it’s the anxiety causing the symptoms but next minute you’re convinced it’s something more serious? Oh and also loss of appetite? I love food and now I have no appetite. It’s almost 5pm the only thing I’ve had in my stomach is water and half a can of soup. I would feel hunger but once I start eating I lose my appetite

Haven’t seen a therapist or psychiatrist yet or gotten any medication mainly due to not being able to afford it so I have not gotten the proper treatment I NEED yet. And everyday is brutal man feels like everyday a new symptom or problem or worry arises and now I’m fixated on it I have anxiety I have stress then I can’t sleep I feel horrible in the morning the next day. It’s just rinse and repeat it’s wearing.. just want to be rid of anxiety and panic and stress and worry and just live life already. I’m so stupid I feel I done this to myself.

I am sorry that you have to go through this. I know it is a difficult and probably a terrifying time but be assured that recovery IS possible. Both my wife (this video) and me suffered from Gad and health anxiety and are now 100% over it. Have a look at this video th-cam.com/video/TrVp26iG6_M/w-d-xo.html
I believe its so important to understand the body mind connection for this.
Also try not wishing for your old life and old self back as everything that has passed brought you exactly where you are now. Simply being your old self will bring you nowhere else than to this stage once again. See anxiety as a challenge (a difficult one - i know) from which you will come out better and stronger. Having gone through this has completely changed my life and i can say that it has made me more mature, more responsible and a lot more open minded. I wish you all the best on this journey and if you need advice or tips please get back to me anytime 🙏👊

The worst thing about anxiety is that once you start getting those feelings, they stay with you for a long time no matter what you do and how unpredictable and powerful it really is. I’m currently on medication for my own anxiety and yet in the instance where anxiety creeps back in,the pill immediately stops working and I’m right back where I’m started as if I never took a pill at all. I get a violently churned stomach that almost makes me feel like throwing up,I get tired very suddenly and have to end up taking a nap,and the worst part is that I just feel like nothing the rest of the day or even worse the week. It sucks.

I’ve been diagnosed with panic disorder for many years I’m currently on three types of medications, yes some of it does really help a lot but I do occasionally get a really bad ones. Racing heart beat, numbness and shaking are my common symptoms but if it gets severe I get cramping of the hands, super bad dizziness, tingling and sometimes I work myself up so bad I end up getting sick. I do find comfort in the research and education of why this happens and knowing I’m not alone. My biggest trigger is the feeling of being nauseous or getting sick. Finding out home remedies to help subside side effects helps me a lot. To all the people out there just remember you are never alone in this and reaching out to people who are in the same boat can help talk you through it even if it’s a complete stranger. We are in this together. Much love

For me when I have heart palpatations or skipping a beat and so on, it really helps when I cough (hard). I learned this from a friend who works in a hospital, who told me this even can help when people are having an actual real heart attack. Coughing (once or several times) gives your chest, lungs and heart a mild jolt that can help to reset it and make your heartbeat normal again, and CAN SOMETIMES even make your heart start beating again if it actually stopped. Like heart massage, but from the inside by yourself.
Hope this can help someone like it helps me.

I have intense feelings that things around me are unreal as if I'm in a dream or stoned off weed. It is very frightening and tiring to feel like this 24/7. Also, I have intense feelings that I may loose control of myself acting on the weird, grotesque and frightening thoughts that I have. Also sounds are amplified and concentration and restlessness is extreme. Can any one identify with me.

I literally just checked into the hospital last night because I thought I was having a stroke. The right side of my head felt numb, also my face. I immediately panicked. I was hysterical. They did a ct scan and mri and I was fine. I owe about 7 thousand in medical bills because all the panic attacks. Its quite some trauma to think your dying all the time. Pretty draining
