I soon realized that every time I overcame one symptom, a new one formed. Eventually, I just said screw it and started ignoring all symptoms. Even when I felt like I was gonna pass out, I just said “go ahead, pass out.” Combine this with taking magnesium before bed, and all my symptoms have been disappearing, or at least become much less potent. It takes some practice, but you have to stop being afraid.
i'm having the same mindset but it's so scarry at night. being alone in a dark room is scary , i'm 16 and i really can't sleep if no one is with me in the room. if everyone at home is tired, i sleep with the light on and door wide open
@@insafnini Take your time, but not too much time. I wrote that comment six months ago and today I have really no symptoms. But I agree, in bed at night is when I still feel small sensations, reminding me that I did have a serious anxiety problem only a few months ago. It's a process, and as long as you confront the problem, you will advance beyond it. Don't give into what-ifs. You're 16, so you are likely very healthy, or at the very least have no actual heart problems. Most symptoms are caused by blood activity. For example, one time my arms got really heavy and I felt like I didn't exist. This is because the brain pushed all it's blood into my limbs; my brain couldn't think without enough oxygen and I felt saggy. This was never going to harm me (as passing out would fix it), but it made me really scared. A method I was taught was to quietly repeat to yourself "I have felt these things before, they didn't harm me then, they will not harm me now." Don't be afraid of your heart beat either, it's not going to suddenly stop on you, lol.
@@MIG.GTA27 Vision problems are usually normal results of anxiety and blood pressure. I did have static, yes; like an old TV. Actually, everyone has that problem to some degree, but stress and anxiety can magnify the symptom. Especially if you have dried out eyes. Light puts a lot of stress on the eyes, and in turn, on the body. LED lights are not as healthy as sunlight. Especially blue lights, which can be blurry for most people. Best solution for that, besides rest, is staying hydrated and maybe trying an eye-drop like Systane (good brand). As for heat waves, I don't think I ever had that in particular.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Really happy I can help through these videos. I just think and create what I believe would have helped me most back then :)
Watching these while I’m having an anxiety attacks actually helps immensely because it validates every symptom I’m feeling so I know it’s panic and not a heart attack
Boy you can say that again.Never thought this stuff could be true. But I suffer so much with almost all these on a day to day basis.I don't drive no more, don't go many places unless I have to,then the worry starts the night before and full blown panic attacks that woke me up shaking and the ears.UGH! ringing.
Fantastic and really is such a help.this anxiety can be absolutely horrendous but your videos are so helpful, and help to calm me down at my worst times,I just want to be back to normal I really do😢thankyou again for everything you do ❤
@@itblossomxflower4276 I have nothing but love and respect for all muslims. Muslims especially Pakistani people are some of the nicest people you could ever meet.
I’ve dealt with all of these for years now. I’m 25 and the one that always gets me is my heart. Sometimes I’ll lay down and focus on the palpitations until it feels like my heart squeezes and stops and then I jolt up in a panic. Usually afterwards I go for a run and my heart is fine. Still so scary. I’ve reassured and potentially healed from most symptoms but the heart stuff is the hardest for me to overcome. Sometimes I’m convinced I have a heart disease / failure / or attack. Anyone else?
Jake, you’ll find there are many many people with heart palpitations due to anxiety. I’ve also had them since I was a teenager when I’m really tired/stressed and lay down on my left side. And I’m still here (I’m 50 now). But the last 2 years they’ve been going on due to the pandemic related health anxiety. Magnesium helps. Sometimes I won’t have one for weeks or a month. I pray one day they go away for good. Be strong.
I can relate to this. I’m also hyper focus on my heart and it brings me a great deal of anxiety. I also get palpitations occasionally and they are so awful and scary. I’ve got plenty of test done and the doctors and they told me I’m fine, but it’s so hard to believe that and let go.
I believe that finding someone that you can relate to can be great first step to find that peace with the anxiety diagnosis and concentrate on the things we all know that we should do :)
I just want everyone to be aware that these things happen to a lot of us…. You have to keep fighting and be strong, don’t let others make u feel like you’re going insane or make you feel so low that u hurt yourself. I love all of you. Bcuz of you I now know that I’m not alone and decided to fight this thing. Fight it with me and let god guide us to a better path together.
Yet again you described me to a T! It’s amazing how awful anxiety can make you feel. I’m at the point that whatever feeling or sensations I feel I just tell myself it’s my anxiety. It really is a daily battle. Whoever is watching this you are stronger than you know!!!
You are strong - for sure! Thanks for your message! Knowing that you are getting mentally stronger is a great sign and you will notice that at some point the symptoms wont even bother you. You notice them, think about them for a second and then just move on - an automatic progression of sort. Thats when recovery really kicks in
I've suffered with anxiety for more years than i can remember, and it never ceases to amaze me how many new symptoms there are. Just when you think there can't be any others left, something else comes along to freak you out. I genuinely think I'm going to lose my current job because of it, as i keep getting panicked for no reason while i am there. I feel for every single person who is going through this and wish everyone luck and hope for the future (even if i never feel much hope for myself).
My heart goes out to you and everyone here. I identify with so many of these scary unpredictable involuntary symptoms. We just have to somehow get through each rotten scare. I've had some good ones, and at times when I'm crossing the road..why??? Love and prayers to you all 🙏💟
100% this, for me its the physical symptoms of anxiety that I can't cope with and like you say just when you think you have had them all a new one pops up!
Psilocybin mushrooms healed me . I can't explain it but my experience has been spiritual and eye opening . I also started micro dosing . It really helped me get rid of depression and anxiety .
Everytime I feel my anxiety coming. I always watch this video. I’m so thankful for this page because you tend to feel like you’re alone when you experience these things. You would feel like people don’t have the same kind of anxiety as you and it frightens you. Thank you for letting me know that I’m not alone. God bless you.
Thanks for being here, for existing, and for taking the time to show us how much you care for others. Every vídeo gives me a little bit of more and more hope.
Psychedelic are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety...it saved my life
Please does anyone know where I can get them? I put so much on my plate and it really affects my stress and anxiety level. I would love to try shrooms.
Psychedelic is the answer to most severe anxiety and depression...The use of magic mushrooms completely helps one get over depression and makes you feel like yourself...I used antidepressants for some years but it only made me feel like a zombie but with immediate use of mushroom 🍄 in few months I feel like I'm living a whole new Life.
you just literally just listed ALL the symptoms I've been dealing for a couple of months now. Especially the headache, dizziness, fatigue, frequent urination, muscle tension, and all the pains around the head down to the neck. This constant feeling of mine lead me to thinking that I have a severe disease like cancer, tumor, or such despite of multiple normal results whenever I go to the doctor. Anxiety is definitely not an easy situation. It is a long journey and process going to recovery. I'm still dealing with it as of the moment but day by day, I'm trying my best to overcome it. If you are in the same situation with me, I'm praying for our fast recovery so that we can finally live again without any fear in our body. Let's heal together!
This video is a true gift. My symptoms where. dry mouth, shaking, sweating, blurry vision. sharp pain in arms, IBS, Indigestion, regular bowl infections, constant throat clearing, insomnia, tightness in chest, head shaking, numbness/tingling in fingers, brain fog, hair loss, weight loss, jolting awake, fear of driving, fear of taking medication, heart palpitations, constant vitals checking, fear of sleep.....
I never used any meds as I believed it's like putting a band aid and not dealing with the root cause. I'm doing much much better, started the Dare program, listened to a lot of DrvJoe Dispenza videos and started prioritising my wellbeing. I had to learn myself to not fear the symptoms nor the thoughts,it's not easy but practice makes perfect. Dry mouth is a symptom of anxiety and for that I always just took small sips of water or chew gum. I still experience symptoms from time to time, specialy when I'm tired, but it does not scare me anymore. Haven't had a panic attack in 2 years.
Also, its important to know that when you make good decisions on quitting bad habits like smoking, alcohol ore any other addictive stuff... 👉 anxiety comes at first trying to bring you down. Keep up and think positive
I cannot put into words how much peace and reassurance your videos have brought me. I have always dealt with anxiety but this past year it’s developed into a panic disorder and I have been absolutely consumed by the physical effects it’s had on me. The list of symptoms that I’ve had is exhaustive. It’s easy to find a lot of different videos about anxiety talking about a pounding heart and a stomach ache but in your videos it sounds as if you are precisely describing all the things that I have gone through recently. Right down to the tight calf muscles that you mentioned in another video (which had me convinced that I was experiencing circulatory issues). Oftentimes it feels like EVERYTHING is wrong with me. And I think, “I can’t have ALL these problems at once. It must be anxiety” but it doesn’t make them go away. For me the dizziness and visual disturbances as well as the rapid heart rate and feeling of breathlessness are the absolute worst. And between the dizzy spells, the breathlessness and muscle aches, I am trying to convince myself that my extreme anxiety and depersonalization will not lead to psychosis or schizophrenia. Most days my brain feels physically broken. Just like you, I am also moving back in with my parents because I am far away from my family and I am so afraid of being alone in case something does happen to me and I simply cannot handle the normal responsibilities of life at the moment. Thank you for showing me that I am not the only one.
I've struggled with anxiety since I was a kid and I was officially diagnosed in the beginning of my teenage years. In the end of 2020 I started having a weird symptom due to anxiety, stress and insomnia and I just completely went crazy. I really though I couldn't survive all of this. I dealt with every symptom you just listed. I found your channel and it was helped me a lot. So thank you for everything you do for us.
@@l34h6 well first I went to the doctor, just to make sure everything was ok. After that I tried to do things that made me happy, watch TV shows, walk, be in nature, change my diet and do my best to take it easy. It takes time but you will feel better soon. You got this!
Hi, you sound very to me regarding anxiety, except I never knew I had it until the end of the lockdown nonsense, I also had weird symptoms but told myself to snap out of it, more or else OK now, but certain things can easily set you back, breathing technique 365 by Dr berg seems to help. Good luck my friend, Richard 😂
Thank you so much for this, so many of the symptoms I’m experiencing but they have never been mentioned by my doctor or psychologist it’s comforting to hear that other people are experiencing the same things however I do feel for all of us because it is a struggle and can be torturous but I do believe we can all get better. This really goes to show that we need to talk more about these things share our experiences and support each other. I cried listening to this video because I could finally relate and didn’t feel so alone. Again thank you.
I am crying too!! This video is just wonderful… so true, and so sad that we all struggle with these in everyday life. What is more, You are so right… if only people were more understanding. Usually when I tried to tell my relatives how I feel they would say : everyone is like this, this is life, stop - you exaggerate bla bla… so, now I only talk about it to my wonderful boyfriend, who is my biggest saviour and support. The rest? I gave up long time ago, maybe that’s better, it’s easier to say “ I am fine, I am great “ or when I seem to feel worse “ oh it’s period / headache “ and they just stop asking :) Hugs for you ❤️ I hope you have at least one person to support you during your hard moments.
Heart palpitations. As my anxiety recovery progresses they’ve happened less and less often. Sometimes I’ll go a month without one, then seemingly out of the blue I have one. I try not to react now, not to feed it the emotional energy it wants. Your videos are so helpful, thank you.
So happy that the videos helped. Yes, the palpitations are a hard one to deal with and it can be close to impossible to not react in fear when they happen. It is just the way anxiety works BUT you can learn to follow a positive inner dialogue which will then refocus your mind on what you have learned about anxiety and eventually you will learn that fear isnt required. Thats when recovery will take giant leaps
Glad that you're back! I can relate to the entire list, especially all of the 20s/30s. There's real comfort in knowing that, regardless of how I feel, others have gone through the same symptoms and have recovered. Thanks.
Omg so accurate description of what am feeling and dealing with everyday we are so brave to endure all of that everyday but remember guys nothing lasts forever we will get better sooner or later
i have to say, it’s so incredible scary living with all of this day by day… i have depression, generalized anxiety and panic attacks. i literally quit my job to start medication because i was so afraid of symptoms. but even with the medicatication and being in home, even in therapy, i cant get my life back. its exhausting, so lonely, and everyday is a war zone. i feel so exhausted and sad, but at least watching this made me feel a little bit better because now i know im not alone. 😢
Same here.. even though I'm not alone,... I am. I too have depression. I lost my career job, because of my foolish decision. That totally devastated me, my lifestyle, and my whole life in general. I collapsed,... and had panic attacks. I just couldn't accept loosing my job. The Stress caused insomnia so badly , I didn't sleep for 5 days straight... and 7 months later,.. Im still unable to sleep more than 1-2 hrs a night. I cannot go outside anymore, don't even want to be involved with life.
I am also having depression.Because in childhood I suffered more that why I am afraid of socializing.Every told me that I can't do anything in my life 😭😭😭.I was sad I also thought of something I was nothing. Now I am taking medicine. Sometimes I feel alone .But now there are no more problems problems
Good to have ya back man. You were one of the first inspirations that I would be okay when I started the anxiety cycle about a year ago, now I haven't had health anxiety symptoms for two or three months but I am dealing with the mental symptoms like intrusive thoughts and dpdr so I'm not out of the woods yet but thanks to you and others, I've made major progress. Thanks so much friend.
@@melissaquintero7201 I have symptoms but my reaction to them isn't nearly as severe, dpdr struggles are still there but overall my anxiety response is massively desensitized
@@CookieVibes good to hear that, im kinda in the same boat, the physical aches n pains not so much this time its more im still reacting negatively to the thoughts that keep coming up, still constant body scanning, the 2nd fear still gets me…. but god willing we will get through this.
Hey everyone. Firstly, thanks IP for the content which really helped me to overcome my anxiety. I’ve been dealing with anxiety since October 2021 and now we are January 2022 and i feel very better. I’ve had many many symptoms, which are well described in this video. Anyway guys trust me : you gonna overcome all of this shit. Just go seeing someone. Trust the diagnosis: you got nothing it’s juste your Brain. I visited a therapist just 4 times in 1 month and it helped me, really. I took conscience that we only got 1 life and its too short to spoil it with negative thoughts etc. Find your way to feel better. It can be sport, healthy habits, mediation or all those things at the same time like me. You are stronger than you think. Find positive everywhere. I overcame quite quickly my anxiety. Just few months. It’s clear that sometimes I’ll have bad moments where I’ll be anxious etc but it’s normal it’s just life. Appreciate your life again. It’s very important. I’m available to talk about it if you want. Peace and love on all of you guys from France. Keep the faith ❤️🇫🇷
Thank you so much for sharing AND offering your help. You know - the very first step for me was also one of really coming to terms that we only have one life and that I had to continue living besides all the symptoms and the worries.
How are you now? I feel like I’m overcoming my anxiety the only thing left if the symptoms I get a lot of tingling and numbness on my left side of my body and head.
@@melissaquintero7201 it’s better than last year but I still feel few symptoms and negative thoughts sometimes. But it’s okay I try to stay positive when my negative thoughts come
@@SirRuth it seems like it’s a long road to overcome this is stay positive everyday about this I try to live my life and ignore the symptoms but sometimes it’s just hard.
You sure have the complete list!! Thank you All of these symptoms lead to number 20, you feel like you're going crazy!! #56 afraid of taking pills! Afraid of the side effects because I'm feeling strange enough as it is without adding side effects to the list!! I have all of these symptoms. It's exhausting. People that don't have anxiety have no idea the personal hell we go through daily. 😓
You just described me entirely. Learned more here in 5 minutes than months with a psychologist and doctor explaining symptoms and ended up with a PTSD diagnosis when the whole time I’ve had a severe anxiety disorder for probably 30 years that no one noticed. Just goes to show the current state of the system.
I have so many of those symptoms and habits. A 4 year battle for me so far but videos like this help me understand that what I am doing wrong and that I'm not the only one who has there terrible thoughts. Thanks for the video!
In a sence it's comforting to see all these problems I have are all falling under anxiety however it makes me really sad to know other people feel this way aswell. Sometimes I imagine I'm the only one going through most of these (especially before realizing it's all anxiety) but to know so many other people do makes me empathize greatly.
For people like me, dealing with neuropathy and fibromyalgia, a lot of these symptoms are over lapping. Don't feel discouraged if some meds don't work, just keep the faith.
I have a spinal cord stimulator inserted in my spine. The pain I experienced was up to 9 in my legs, and as you know pain meds don't work. The stem devise has cut my pain down to 6-7. If you have osteoarthritis in your knees, it helps with that also, and I'm stage 4 in both knees. The position it's put in the spinal cord can also help with lower back pain. Look into going to a pain specialist.
The most comprehensive list I have come across and can relate to so many of these! The last bit about 'full recovery' was the most reassuring...Please keep these videos coming. Thank You!

I’ve tried so many things and nothing seems to work. I’m afraid to be alone that I had to move with my aunt and it was something I loved was living alone. I pray everyday for a miracle no one should live like this.
@@Truerealism747 my worst symptoms are neck, shoulder pain, head tightness from tension. Tight chest, can’t breathe. Went to the ER on 4/26. I get dizzy a lot feel like I’m going to faint. Leg weakness and heaviness. Lower back pain also tingling in the legs. Always hungry even after eating. Never had any of these issues before taking these stupid antibiotics.
I got diagnosed with anxiety a couple of months ago, and it’s been taking over my life lately. Watching this video helped me understand im not going to die if I have a little chest pain or shooting pains in my body.
The biggest for me are feeling hopelessness like nobody cares and I may as well not be here. Tired but wired. I yawn and shake and get cold but I feel fully aware and on edge. Daytime napping. But when I do that it not only impacts my sleep at night, it also causes me to be jolted out of the naps with severe anxiety and that dread in my chest. I can do this several times a day just lying there in an exhausted stupor until I force myself up. Then I have to sit there trying to calm myself down. Another is looking at the time and counting down to unavoidable events. I fear every second that is passing. I experience or have experienced most on that long list and more. It's hell on Earth!
I'm speechless... I know all to well how your feeling... One of the worst feelings is when you know you have to do something that coming up. The closer the event comes the higher the fear. For instance. My girlfriend and I planned a trip to the shore about 10 months ago. I'm going tomorrow and I'm terrified. I've developed agoraphobia and the fact that I have to leave my apt is horrible. I do have pills which I hate taking ( for years now) and they don't even help. It's Luke I'm afraid of life itself. I'm always questioning it which put me in a constant state of fear. Sometimes, after I eat I feel like I'm absolutely losing it... I dunno why after eating? I'm 55 and have suffered in so many ways it not worth mentioning. I'm to the point where I'm in prison. I'm a good person as u probably are and it's just not fair. 35 years of dread and the Dr's are no help and made things worse by the shit they prescribe. At this point I'm gonna try to follow these recommendations this channel provides. I've tried it all.. Believe me. I don't know your situation but I can tell you this.. Stay AWAY from drugs and alcohol even if prescribed by a Dr. If u have to use anti-anxiety pills. Use only for an extremely short time especially benzodiazepines like Xanax or klonopin etc. ( maybe a week or two although that's probably not even worth it. I would only use them for an EXTREME circumstance. Flying or a funeral or something so stressful u need the edge off. I hope this helps you my friend! I know how u feel. Please feel free to respond and let me know you circumstances. ( if u want ). You will beat this!

@@CF-Warrior thank you for this testimony . I'm now 56, 5 years of anxiety. Things got worse since January 22. I bought 2 books from Claire Weekes in august, they helped me a lot. Comparatively I'm much better but still have to work on myself, it's a matter of time. Unfortunately sometimes i have new symptoms that I have to cope with. Recently I'm having itchiness all over my body and even a burning sensation that makes me crazy. Do have the same sensations? I've never been itchy although I've heard of people that do get itchy. In my experience, the scary body sensations are not fun. My issue, mostly mental like I said in my testimonial. People experience all kinds of physical issues like yourself. I hope this helps..
Thank you so much for posting this video. I’ve been struggling with almost all of these symptoms for a month now. Most commonly the shortness of breath sensation, brain zaps, depression, loss of moods, depersonalization, and IBS symptoms. I went to the ER and had blood work done and had other general tests and everything came back normal but my blood pressure was high, from stress I presume. I’ve been calling off of work and not doing my school work. I haven’t been affectionate with my fiancée since my anxiety spell has started and I haven’t been present with my family. I have atleast one panic attack a day. When i get a really bad panic attack my body goes numb and I feel like I’m dying all the time. I constantly need reassurance and no one seems to care anymore. I’ve become too much to handle. But after seeing this video, knowing that all of these are symptoms of anxiety, I now know that theres hope for me and I am truly not alone with my feelings and symptoms. Thank you sir and I’m really sorry for everyone who deals with this, no matter how hard it effects you, it fucking sucks. I seriously thought I was alone with these feelings but I’m not. Whoever read this I love you.
Do you feel you clench a lot, as in, teeth griding, or clenching when sitting down. Subconsciously you may be going it, are you sore around your back, legs or upper back? Are you possibly clenching these muscles? If so, their likely your causes or all the symptoms.

Stomach contractions as well:) It just feels upsetting and painful to experience these.wishing only living with peace if that is not a cliché thing... Thanks for the video~
thank you for making this list, i come back to this video time to time to remind myself that these sensations are really possible due to stress, being sensatized and anxiety, also want to added fear of eating certain food - like it will give you high blood or cardiovascular problems…. some times dont know whats safe to eat any more.
Thank you!!!!!! I have many of these symptoms. Currently after trial and failure with SSRIs which I can’t tolerate, I’m just starting Wellbutrin. It’s slowly…slowly beginning to work. My biggest symptoms are insane shoulder (upper back) tension, neck and sometimes biceps tension and pain. Chiropractic seems to be helping. Been tested for nearly everything from ALS to MS, my whole body has been scanned along with a brain MRI. At least 3 trips to the ER inside of 5 mos. This started out of the blue last March. So I go to therapy and keep moving toward recovery.
I think I developed anxiety and stress due to my previous relationship. Since I got into that relationship, I started havind many of these symptoms. It was a loving but trauma bonding relationship. I've experienced a relationship like that before, but this seems to have damaged my mental health. Thanks for this video, since it gave me a clear understanding of anxiety.
Was diagnosed with Panic Disorder and DPDR 7 months ago and it also turned into agoraphobia. I haven’t left my house in months bc like you described, everything is a trigger for me and the sensation of being cut out if reality makes it even worse. You guys ever get this thing while sleeping you wake up outta no where with your head ringing pretty loud and your head also feels like it’s vibrating and going nuts. Doesn’t last for a long time but maybe 10 min at most depends how good I am at controlling the anxiety that comes with it
The one symptom that gets me is the dizziness and wooziness . Like there was a time i had it for almost a month or so. I felt like i was on a boat almost the whole day. the more I was focused on it the worst it gets then i would panic a little . Once i panic a little other symptoms will come out for the duration i was panicking, i would get intrusive thoughts, derealization, numbness . Then goes away when i get out of the situation.Thats one of the symptoms that really kept me at edge, sensation of being on a boat. It was so physical. Now I believe im learning how to accept anxiety and im much better now. Almost back to how i was. I dont even remember when my symptoms stopped. One day i was hiking while having a convo with my friend then just realized , wait when this all my symptoms go away ? Lol then i laughed and smiled and just continued my day. I didnt even want to think about it and just enjoyed the rest of my day.
That's exactly what happens. The symptoms just fade away all of a sudden. I had it this weird sensation in my head for months and after spending a lot of time with friends and family during the holidays, it went away again
The two that always get me that you didn't mention are being or feeling like ur unable to swallow, and the inability to yawn when u feel like u really need to.
Yeah i noticed that. I've also experienced this too, but I feel as If I can't communicate with anyone how I feel and often try hide how I feel because I really am self aware on how I look on the outside when I'm having an anxiety episode.
I have 60% of these symptoms .They All make BP high. Instead of prescribing me tons of high bp drugs,I wish They would figure out how to treat the root cause of my BP.
This is what most people be feeling 24/7 literally for days , it’s so draining that you just can’t do alot in life anymore, I really want my old life back again man, it’s not easy but I know one day we will have it back
Amazing list! I had so many of these symptoms when my Generalized Anxiety Disorder was really bad (2 years ago) and I always felt like going crazy because the symptoms were maddening!
@@ImprovementPath I wanted to ask if you still experience the eye floaters, and what have you done to make yourself feel better about them. I, like you, started seeing floaters shortly after several months of severe anxiety and now I deal with them 😞
You didn't mention abdominal pain. My left and right sides would hurt with these strange throbbing pains and sometimes burning sensations. I thought I had liver, stomach, colon, or pancreas cancer. I would become very gassy and bloaty, not realizing that my anxiety was causing my stomach to act up. I would wake up in the morning with all these pains that my mind created not realizing that my anxiety was causing my stomach muscles to cramp. Eat even made me belch excessively. I kept taking laxatives because I believed I had constipation without realizing that I kept emptying out my colon and it take time to fill it up with food again so I can use the bathroom easily again. The one thing you have to stop doing is googling your symptoms. All you do is program your mind to look for any and everything as a symptom of the worst. Well anyway, that was just one of my experiences. I hope you all are able to get your mind together. You know they say people with anxiety are very creative and I 100% believe that. When I'm not writing or doing something creative I realize that's when I have an anxiety episode.
@@waleedkhan9576 you have to stop looking up your symptoms and you have to constantly remind yourself that it's just anxiety. It takes a whole but slowly the symptoms will start to go away without you even realizing it. Think about it, you had gas and bloating in the past and you never thought nothing of it. The foods we eat can cause these symptoms

Thank you for sharing and confirming that anxiety is powerful! It has the capability to mimic neurological and autoimmune diseases. If you succumb to them, they will literally cripple you.Trauma proceeds Stress and proceeds anxiety it all begins with tiny cracks in your brain throughout life they become billions of tiny cracks until you break. This was my personal experience. Please tell us, how you healed your brain? I know we're all doing our best to heal with all of the advices of our psychiatrist therapist and PC doctors but we need to hear from someone who has actually succeeded!
I would never wish anxiety on my worst enemy. It’s so draining. And you feel so incredibly helpless dealing with it. I have struggled with it for a few years now and today it’s on an all time high which is why I am revising this video. It both calms you down and also makes one cry knowing how much one goes through. People say they are there to support you, but are they really? :(
Wow you don’t know how much you have helped me !!! I can’t thank you enough. I am sadly exactly the same as you was ! I’m ill at the moment with a upper urine infection and the anxiety is unbearable 🥺 your videos give me comfort and have helped me not feel so alone ! Thank you 🙏
Thank you very much. Even though I have so many of the symptoms you describe, it's my inability to concentrate which I think is the trigger for other sensations. I used to love reading (and writing) so much, then I could barely read or write a sentence without losing the thread. I find now that accepting this fully, without hesitation, as a mere symptom of anxiety, and patiently keeping trying without worrying or panicking about how long it takes makes me feel so much better. See - I could even concentrate enough to write this! Love and peace from Wales xx.
These are my symptoms Nausea / dizzy Burning sensation Fatigue/tired Fear to go out / death Panic attack / heart beat Uncomfortable stomach Joint Pain Can’t sleep or sleep a lot
Are you doing ok? I have the same minus fatigue it's the opposite I can't seem to fall asleep so easily and any little thing will wake me like if I'm always alert or on the edge
@tomm4152 for me it comes and goes and it usually when my back is up against something like a car seat. And now my ears get red hot and comes and goes.
I'm nearly sixty and have suffered seriously bad panic attacks since I was nineteen, I'm also agoraphobic. The panic attacks are debilitating and because each one is different from the other, very frightening. A full blown one makes you try and escape from the situation which in turn makes it worse as your body releases more adrenaline. Absolutely terrifying. 😞
You give me a lot of hope. Thank you for sharing and continue sharing and try to reach out for help. Try a telehealth if you need anything to help you gets medication.
Yes! I've experienced mostly all of these. Plus, chattering of my teeth as if I were freezing. And sometimes my ears get beet red and feel very hot. And I think that pretty much covers it for me.
@@ImprovementPath I agree! I can't wait to one day be where your at and say, I'm finally recovered! But, I know if I just keep chugging along and keep living my life it will eventually happen. Thanks for your videos!!!
Look into Tmj and Tmd in relation to teeth and mouth. It affects the ears, eyes and throat. It affects a nerve that will cause zaps and pains. Look at the symptoms and not just the ones on Google, dig deeper. They cause eye floaters even and visual disturbances
@@Anytechgoes Yes, I've experienced eye floaters also. My body has found many ways to terrorize me. But I think as I've experienced these symptoms more and more the fear of them has lessened. But, I will definitely look into TMJ and TMD. Thanks!!!
When things for me got really bad, my head felt ten times heavier and bigger than it was. I felt like my body wasn’t strong enough to support my head. Had to put college on hold twice because of an inability to function. Carl Jung’s advice has helped me tremendously, the idea of continuing to try, and make advances no matter how silly or small the steps seem
I can't believe this video. Incredible. I literally nodded in agreement to feeling every single one of these symptoms. Anxiety ain't no joke. I hope we all beat this thing.
I’ve been struggling for over 25 years, some better than others. My best (worst?) story is how I had to undergo an electro-physiological study of my heart, which requires catheterization, because of skipped-beats. That taught me to stay the hell out of the doctor’s office unless I had blood pouring out of my ears. Crazy.
Feeling weak and you body slightly trembling. Hands and finger shakes. Racing thoughts and song stuck in my head. Waking up at night from adrenaline release. These are some of my symptoms too. You have described very well the symptoms and sensations that I person with anxiety experience. Thank you for sharing this.
I never thought someone would be able to even define some of those feelings. Like when you explained that stretched skin feeling/ the feeling that skin is not enough, I was like yes, yes, yes finally someone understands this. There was not a single thing that I have not been struggling with and it has been more than 4 years now.
im in to it!so true.im on recovery now..im relieved that i've known someone undergone this too..but God is so good..all we need is to pray, tell HIM everything.and He will always for us❤
Does anyone have a feeling like they cannot talk the way they used to talk? Difficulty with speaking, Like forgetting simple words or mixing words together. It makes me think I have MS or a brain tumor. I also experience a LOT of the symptoms you name in the video
Holy sh*t what a realization. Was questioning if I might have had a mini stroke at one point and it messed with my speech. Trip over my words constantly
you were saying the symptoms and i just "yes.. yup... oh yep"... its not an easy battle, but when I start to think about having some serious disease I found it calming watching this
It’s the dizziness for me. The quick burst, the constantly checking to see if I’m dizzy, the light headed ness, the dropping feeling Oh and the head pressure
That falling feeling is something I get often along with impending doom. It hits me in my chest and stomach and feels like it's rising up into my head like a storm of emotions. I get it a lot if I daytime nap too. I will start to drip off into micro sleep several times only to be jolted out of sleep with this feeling like I am dying then drift off again only for it to keep happening until I force myself to get up.
@@Mopantsu I get the same thing! The impending doom is the worst. Does your falling / dropping feeling happen in your head? Like you get a wave of dizziness
Just want to take a moment to thank you for this list. I've had a good 30 or so of these symptoms over the last few years. I know I have anxiety, but I had no idea some of these symptoms could have been anxiety related. I was literally shouting at the TV, "Yes!", "This!"
I would love to hear your story and what you have experienced so far. I am sure that many will be helped knowing that they are not alone :) Hope to see you in the comments and just give that like button a little tickle because this video took so much effort and time to make
I've tickled the like button! I had a couple good days last week however my family genetics lead me to develop migraine. It's a vicious circle, anxiety and insomnia which cause the migraine and these cause awful sensations. I'm about to start counselling so wish me luck! P.s I could go into A LOT more detail but I could go in forever.
My god I've experienced like all of these in the last 4 months. My partner and i experienced bi monthly crises the last 3 years and it finally came to a head over something relatively innocuous. Its like my brain changed overnight. I got a week break but then back into the fire and it never left. I don't so much get panic attacks as i do anxiety attacks. Like my heart is mostly fine (no crazy spikes or hyperventilating) but I'll be shaking like mad, experiencing pure fear, worst nausea, etc) The most troubling symptom has been that i wake up after REM sleep terrified and have my heart go crazy (jumps over 100 if I roll over). This happens 4-5 times a night. It's like nightmares without the nightmare). Happens with naps too. Which becomes a nasty cycle because it's hard to be positive when you are that tired. These videos are helping to give me perspective. I have a diagnostic MRI next week which will hopefully be clear and let me focus on healing.
The head rush where you feel you will collapse w fear of stroke. You understand what I'm dealing with. It is the one thing I haven't fully been able to mount and a big reason I haven't started back working. Thank you.
I have been experiencing a lot of those on your list. One that is missing for me is the moment you fall asleep, you instantly wake back up and have a feeling you cannot breathe. Just for a second or two. At my worst, this would happen 10 times in a row, every time I fell asleep. Very, very scary. It stopped once I was convinced it was stress and anxiety and didn't see it as a threat, but just as something annoying. I didn't really give it any power anymore. I truly do not know how I was able to do that, because I can't seem to be able to do that with the thousand other anxiety related symptoms I have.
I’ve had that jolting awake feeling of breathlessness at the point of falling asleep..sometime severe, it does go eventually but when you are in that loop it’s hell
I've had that as well, I would literally feel like I was nodding off and then wake up as if I'd just had a nightmare and felt like my breathing wasn't happening automatically and I would have to sit there and think about doing the breathing. One night it happened constantly for about 6 hours. I have no idea how many times in that six hour period it happened, but it was a lot. Thankfully it hasn't happened for a little while now. I hope you're getting on ok.
This list is so intense and above all true! Have almost all of them. Been struggling with anxiety for almost 2 years now. It completely controls my life.
You are not alone brother its take lots of self talking be nice and do be to hard on you we tend to be hard on us … exercise is the best take care on continue to push forward 😊
So happy to see you making videos again they helped me a ton when I first fell into the cycle. One idea that might be great for you to do a video on is the sadness period a lot of people experience throughout their recovery especially towards the end.
@@ImprovementPath I am at the end of my recovery and you are a big part of that. 7 months ago when I first found your videos I was a mess and almost quit my job do these symptoms and the fear of them. Now I go days without any symptoms and I see the end is near. Last few things hanging around are slight twitching and a some sadness but nothing as deep as before.
Just came to thank the creator of this channel. I just remembered out of nowhere of this channel (literally searched 5min on youtube as I had forgot the name). Your videos had helped me while I was recovering from anxiety few months back. At that time, I had watched all of your videos and found it really accurate as to how I felt at that time and it gave me hope. Again thank you so much. Also to all those struggling I want to tell you, there is light at the end of the tunnel so just hold on and keep going through the process, you will only emerge out stronger.
Bro. Thank you so much. That was a very very comprehensive list of pretty much all the symptoms. Again Great to see you here regularly. You really really help me calm down. And put all these symptoms under the anxiety umbrella ☔. Otherwise I'm always in diagnosis mode. And no test seems to truly convince me. Thanks so much again Tristan. You really are an angel.
On 10th August, 2024, I was sleeping, maybe it was a bad nightmare, I realized I was struggling for my life and of a sudden I woke to life and immediately I jumped out of bed and ran unconsciously outside. At first, I felt my spirit has left my body and my heart was beating so fast that I can hear the sound with my ears. I began to feel as if I was to faint or die. I have visited so many hospitals, they gave me drugs but they couldn't say what exactly I was suffering from. Ecg and some other tests were conducted for me and everything came out fine. As time flies, some symptoms fade away bringing in much more terrifying symptoms. Sometimes, I would suddenly feel like my spirit want to leave my body and my heart will start beating. Sometimes everything and everyone in my environment would appear new to me. I use to feel dizzy and lots of bad dreams about death. I use to fear without any reasons. I have been battling this for months now. Please can anyone help me out. I really need help
U r having derealisation, its common when having panic attack, don't worry brother. I use to have that too before and use to feel very scared. It feels like I'm coming out from my body where I can't feel my body.
The brain zaps out me in a spiral. In the dark right now wondering if I should Uber to the ER. This is getting harder to deal with as each year passes. As soon as one symptom goes away way I get a new one.

I soon realized that every time I overcame one symptom, a new one formed.
Eventually, I just said screw it and started ignoring all symptoms. Even when I felt like I was gonna pass out, I just said “go ahead, pass out.”
Combine this with taking magnesium before bed, and all my symptoms have been disappearing, or at least become much less potent.
It takes some practice, but you have to stop being afraid.
I’ve noticed too that the more you try to stop it the worse it gets
i'm having the same mindset but it's so scarry at night. being alone in a dark room is scary , i'm 16 and i really can't sleep if no one is with me in the room. if everyone at home is tired, i sleep with the light on and door wide open
A method I was taught was to quietly repeat to yourself "I have felt these things before, they didn't harm me then, they will not harm me now."
Don't be afraid of your heart beat either, it's not going to suddenly stop on you, lol.
Did you ever had any vision problems? Like static or vision being like heat waves over a hot summer road?
I know everyone says it, but I just want to reiterate. This channel is truly a gift to us anxiety sufferers.

Yes same what are ur symptoms
Jake, you’ll find there are many many people with heart palpitations due to anxiety. I’ve also had them since I was a teenager when I’m really tired/stressed and lay down on my left side. And I’m still here (I’m 50 now). But the last 2 years they’ve been going on due to the pandemic related health anxiety. Magnesium helps. Sometimes I won’t have one for weeks or a month. I pray one day they go away for good. Be strong.
Definitely. Dizzyness, heart jerk, face tingling from breathing.
I can relate to this. I’m also hyper focus on my heart and it brings me a great deal of anxiety. I also get palpitations occasionally and they are so awful and scary. I’ve got plenty of test done and the doctors and they told me I’m fine, but it’s so hard to believe that and let go.
Same happen with me from last 16 days i am so scared it's feel like I ll die

Be Courageous 🙏

In the end of 2020 I started having a weird symptom due to anxiety, stress and insomnia and I just completely went crazy. I really though I couldn't survive all of this. I dealt with every symptom you just listed. I found your channel and it was helped me a lot. So thank you for everything you do for us.
Prayer for.you..i can feel.you
How did you get better?
@@l34h6 well first I went to the doctor, just to make sure everything was ok. After that I tried to do things that made me happy, watch TV shows, walk, be in nature, change my diet and do my best to take it easy. It takes time but you will feel better soon. You got this!
It the throat thing right!?
The rest? I gave up long time ago, maybe that’s better, it’s easier to say “ I am fine, I am great “ or when I seem to feel worse “ oh it’s period / headache “ and they just stop asking :)
Hugs for you ❤️ I hope you have at least one person to support you during your hard moments.
My boyfriend and most wonderful grandma ever, I forgot to mention! ❤️
My 1st symtom was hot body ache feel like i m having viral fever but it wasnt. Anyone had that ?
Get well soon
Please don’t be afraid I’m going through this too I wish that we could help each other
Heart palpitations.
I have also these smymptoms the worst one is palpitations and feeling heartbeat in my leg how to deal with this😭😭

Wow, I experienced many of them. Unfortunately, many diseases have the same symptoms. That is why these symptoms make us confused.
Glad that you're back!
I can relate to the entire list, especially all of the 20s/30s. There's real comfort in knowing that, regardless of how I feel, others have gone through the same symptoms and have recovered. Thanks.
You are very welcome and I am glad that I could help :)
How tell me
Omg so accurate description of what am feeling and dealing with everyday we are so brave to endure all of that everyday but remember guys nothing lasts forever we will get better sooner or later
i have to say, it’s so incredible scary living with all of this day by day… i have depression, generalized anxiety and panic attacks. i literally quit my job to start medication because i was so afraid of symptoms. but even with the medicatication and being in home, even in therapy, i cant get my life back. its exhausting, so lonely, and everyday is a war zone. i feel so exhausted and sad, but at least watching this made me feel a little bit better because now i know im not alone. 😢
Same here.. even though I'm not alone,...
Glad you are improving man. Yes, recovery will take some time but I am sure you will get there. Youve got this!

Thank you
All of these symptoms lead to number 20, you feel like you're going crazy!!
My experience too! Diagnosed with CPTSD when it's severe anxiety. The psychologist I saw was absolutely obsessed with digging for trauma in my past.
You just reset my mind. I have been suffering from anxiety for two months now. I think you saved my life bro.
I have so many of those symptoms and habits. A 4 year battle for me so far but videos like this help me understand that what I am doing wrong and that I'm not the only one who has there terrible thoughts. Thanks for the video!
I'm with you .❤🫂
In a sence it's comforting to see all these problems I have are all falling under anxiety however it makes me really sad to know other people feel this way aswell. Sometimes I imagine I'm the only one going through most of these (especially before realizing it's all anxiety) but to know so many other people do makes me empathize greatly.
If im getting an anxiety bout, im on my bed with this specific video playing over and over. The power of mutual struggle. Its my medicine
For people like me, dealing with neuropathy and fibromyalgia, a lot of these symptoms are over lapping. Don't feel discouraged if some meds don't work, just keep the faith.
Numbness in feet and left hand
never felt like this before.Very forgetful
I have a spinal cord stimulator inserted in my spine. The pain I experienced was up to 9 in my legs, and as you know pain meds don't work. The stem devise has cut my pain down to 6-7. If you have osteoarthritis in your knees, it helps with that also, and I'm stage 4 in both knees. The position it's put in the spinal cord can also help with lower back pain. Look into going to a pain specialist.
The most comprehensive list I have come across and can relate to so many of these! The last bit about 'full recovery' was the most reassuring...Please keep these videos coming. Thank You!
So glad! And yes, I am planning on being more consistent this year :)

@@twinklestar7413 it’s still intense.
Where you worst symptoms

Do you feel you clench a lot, as in, teeth griding, or clenching when sitting down. Subconsciously you may be going it, are you sore around your back, legs or upper back? Are you possibly clenching these muscles? If so, their likely your causes or all the symptoms.

The one symptom that gets me is the dizziness and wooziness . Like there was a time i had it for almost a month or so. Once i panic a little other symptoms will come out for the duration i was panicking, i would get intrusive thoughts, derealization, numbness . Then goes away when i get out of the situation.Thats one of the symptoms that really kept me at edge, sensation of being on a boat. It was so physical.

Nausea / dizzy
Burning sensation
Fatigue/tired
Fear to go out / death

A full blown one makes you try and escape from the situation which in turn makes it worse as your body releases more adrenaline. Absolutely terrifying. 😞
You give me a lot of hope. Thank you for sharing and continue sharing and try to reach out for help. Try a telehealth if you need anything to help you gets medication.
This is by far one of my top channels when i need to reference things. The animation and narration are so good.
Yes! I've experienced mostly all of these. Plus, chattering of my teeth as if I were freezing. And sometimes my ears get beet red and feel very hot. And I think that pretty much covers it for me.
Just crazy to think what anxiety can do with us. Nobody can imagine if they have never experienced health anxiety
Thanks!!!
Oh my goodness. You have explained all things I have suffered with for 7 yrs. thank you.
Hey! How are you doing today?
Same
I can't believe this video.
Crazy.
My worst experience was a sleep study and a holistic dentist. I will say no more.
@@travisn346 how did the holistic dentist negatively affect you? I thought holistic/biological dentistry would be better than conventional dentistry.
😊😊
That's not funny but at the same time the comment is... My issues have been 35 years so I get it my friend! Sending calmness your way!
I have the same problem
The same verse of a song and you repeat it constantly
I just want it gone
100% I used to experience that a lot!
I get this when I am in a big panic and there’s lot of adrenaline. Can’t remember words. For me it goes away when I calm down after a couple hours
The quick burst, the constantly checking to see if I’m dizzy, the light headed ness, the dropping feeling
Oh and the head pressure
The worst!!! This can be overcome ❤️
I also felt dizzy and lightheadedness..and also the head pressure it so uncomfortable.. 😩
@@noemiodruna2959 yes it’s so weird how long have you had these symptoms and do you also sometimes have sensitivity to sounds?
Just want to take a moment to thank you for this list.
I've had a good 30 or so of these symptoms over the last few years.
I know I have anxiety, but I had no idea some of these symptoms could have been anxiety related.
I was literally shouting at the TV, "Yes!", "This!"
Thanks for the comment and letting me know that this helped :)
These are the videos that are very valuable, but you see too little on TH-cam. That's why you are the best anxiety channel in my opinion Tristan! ❤
Thank you so much Roy! That really means a lot and I am glad that these video provide value :)
Did you ever feel like your head was crooked or that it doesn't align with your neck ?
Been having dyspnea on and off, recently also getting a lot of intrusive bad thoughts, your videos give me relief that i’m not alone. thank you!
@@adrianchacon9831 hope you're ok🙂
Pressure on my Right ear tube.. Makes me feel off balance
Like my heart is mostly fine (no crazy spikes or hyperventilating) but I'll be shaking like mad, experiencing pure fear, worst nausea, etc)
The most troubling symptom has been that i wake up after REM sleep terrified and have my heart go crazy (jumps over 100 if I roll over).
Thank you.
I just want to thank you for making this video it brought a tear to my eye to know someone else deals with all these feelings!!
This is by far the best video for me
I have been experiencing a lot of those on your list.
Yes, that’s from fatigue. Your body was tired from the intense anxiety you were getting. It happened to me as well and it was freaky.
Yessss! I had that big time. Hope you are doing ok my friend 🙏
@@benjones8649 hello how are you now?
Thank you for always being there and leaving amazing comments. Its comments like these that keep me going :)
@fat-batman_ thanks for this assurance
@fat-batman_ thanks so much sir
When sometimes when I’m about to fall asleep and I’m right about to fall asleep it feels like my heart skips a beat and I wake up
The brain zaps out me in a spiral. In the dark right now wondering if I should Uber to the ER. This is getting harder to deal with as each year passes. As soon as one symptom goes away way I get a new one.
