@@reeses_unicorn For me, it's constantly moving some part of my body when doing something, especially listening to music. Usually it's either tapping my fingers, bobbing my head, or beatboxing (I try not to do that since it annoys people)
Many of these habits seem to change for me over time, alongside working on myself. For example, knowing that a firm handshake or walking with chest forward and head up mean confidence, I go with "fake it till you make it". Especially in professional settings, to seem more confident. No idea if that's a good thing
funny how most of these scream "confident" for me but at the same time deep inside I'm hurt, have trust issues, insecure, filled with self-loathing, depressed, lost and have suicidal tendencies. it's just so weird it doesn't feel right. i think i may look like i have good self-esteem and i feel i express my self-consciousness differently and not as often as most people but I'm still far from the optimistic, strong, extroverted and ambitious person I wish and may pretend to be.
Theres a flipside to anything. Anywho, I only came here to say I like awkward, nervous, "shy" ppl. Idc if they have trauma and they seem so nice...they seem boring. They actually have interesting stories & seem to be sincere loyal ppl that r good listeners & not always quick to judge. but will say sh to your face too, bc they're not fake. But if confronted enough, will show their "psycho" side & never lack empathy. Mainly bc they prob just want to Choose peace... Dont seem to be weak, naive & have more of an depth outlook & insight. Thoughtful & careful. & blahzaye blahzaye. & I dont even like ppl... but thats at least the ones I've come across. On a side note :/, I read the summary. Its eh to me. But then again, im not a professional. Not to say that Some prob dont know what they're doing. But still..
i turn off my (outer) emotions when im nervous or upset in any way because i always felt the need to appear strong even though im an absolute wreck i side

Just wanted to say that I love this channel. I always learn a little bit more about myself and others with each video. Thank you. For your efforts and for creating this type of content.
According to this video im a logical extrovert and very confident. Interesting since im an introvert and most of my habits listed in this video i consciously do to be more likeable and less vulnerable looking. 🤔🤔🤔 (Self analysis is fun but Im not satisfied unless i tell someone)
I also try to be less vulnerable looking. Because of my looks, people often treat me like they have to protect me or something. It’s so annoying! I don’t know if it’s the same for you or not, I’m just sharing my experience
@@heatherlien007 Ah yes, I work in a kitchen and have never hurt myself in any way but if I'm walking with a knife itll be taken out of my hands and if anything is heavy I'll be watched or consistently asked if I need help. Thank you for sharing

I usually walk with light sensitive footsteps. I have a loose grip. I take a while to perfect my writing, and suspect I am introverted. I am very detail oriented. I'm a fast eater. I'm an impulsive buyer. If you include buying lots of books and art supplies than I'm self indulgent. I bite my lips AND chew my nails. I tap my foot. My handwriting is fairly small, kind of messy (mixture between print and cursive) and it slants to the right. Thank you for making this video, as always it gave me a lot to think about.

way I walk: quick strides, my head hangs usually because of lack of neck strength hand shake: middle ground of firm and soft online etiquette: I send well thought out responses with a decent vocab, Im polite and formal, but also friendly and informal? eating habits: fast eater spending: I dont know hand writing: small with a slight slant to the right.
I relate to these a lot. I like to think of myself as quiet, focused, but usually shy. I do write in small letters and they’re slanted to the left. Thank you for helping me understand more about myself and how my habits effect me!!

quick strides, firm handshake, a mixture of all 4 regarding number 3, slow and picky eater, smart spender switching between luxurious and necessary purchases, nervous tics are pretty rare, small writing with some letters being slanted to the right and some being straight; in some cases a word may have both straight letters and ones slanted to the right
My hand shakes when meeting a interviewer or boss, is firm and formal. When meeting up with a friend or family member I don't shake hands I hug 'n' smile and when I meet a new I do the Fresh Prince 'n' Jazzy Jeff hand shake and they do it too then we're instant friends for life.
Not about the content but about the video itself: I've been watching this channel for some time now. From the start, the art was cute and simple. On the last videos there was a lot more work put into it. Keep it up! Also, the drawing at 4:25-4:40 was really cute!
I walk fast for a few main reasons: 1: I’m slow at most things, so walking fast makes up for lost time. 2: other people walking will have their eyes on me for a shorter amount of time because I’d have gone past them before they have a chance to see me properly (or at least that’s the idea) it’s a self conscious decision and it feels like I’m running away from each new pair of eyes. I wish I could be more comfortable with myself.
What is my handwriting overall slants everywhere, some slant right, some left and some words are completely straight. My handwriting isn’t messy it just slants a lot
I eat slowly, too slowly according to a lot of people I know, I am definitely not a picky eater, I eat almost anything that's edible, and I write with big letters. However, I am one of the most sensitive and introverted persons I know. Take this video with a grain of salt.
actually the online etiquette is hard to sort out, at least for me when im talking to my closest friend, we all type messy, do typos (mostly on purpose) and grammar and interpunction mistakes all the time, when i talk to people im not so close to i talk less messy but still do typos (also on purpose) and i dont use interpunction, but when im talking to someone i barely/dont know i correvt all the typos and try to type as clearly as i am ohisically able to lol
I have no etiquette it be like internet: can u plz not say that? Me: oh. My bad. Also me: the f? I didn't mean ish by it tho. Prob i.net ppl: ok but y r u talking like that for? Me: well...u see.. its simply bc I didn't know I was trying to impress anyone? Yeah, let's go w/ that, Stranger. "Good vocabulary means high intelligence" Welllll not exactly. It can basically mean that as a child their only subject they were good at was language arts and wanted to continue progressing through it... and ended up being bad at every other subject. That's the case for me, luckily I can play piano too, otherwise I wouldn't have survived 7th grade.
I've rocked my left leg back & forth since childhood. In school, at home at the table, in bed going to sleep. When I was dating the woman who would become my wife she'd ask me when we'd be out what I was so nervous about. I'd just say, "nothing, I just shake my leg". Took her some time to get used to it. Can I stop it? Yes. But only for a few minutes before it starts to bother me and I'm usually doing it without even being aware of it. And it doesn't matter if I'm active or sedentary. I can be on a long hike & the moment I sit down to take a break I'll start shaking my left leg back & forth. I just noticed I'm doing it right now typing this comment. LOL I guess I'm a fidgeter.
Psych2go: what do you do when you're nervous? Me: I just look like the same tho.... I don't really show much emotion if i get surprised or nervous... My friends actually asked mewhy i don't act nervous or even surprised much XD
On Facebook, my "netiquette" is...a bit unique; while I often greet my family, former classmates and former school teachers with the same normal dialogue exchanges (like "how are ya" or "what's up.") With others, I have developed a love/desire to use what was known as "Olde English." In other words, I take pride in having an "old-fashioned, chivalric soul;" as such, I greet those outside my "normal" circles with terms and dialogue that one would find in Shakespearean verse; terms like "well met," "merry and good day," "zounds" and often address others as either Master or Milady
Yeah I learned about the walking thing so now whenever I walk alone, I take big steps, eyes always forward, with the intent of going to a certain place, to make it look like I know where I’m going and that you can’t touch me.

@@Psych2go I have no idea, every time i watch your videos I just fawn over how adorable the style is lmao
Just wanna mention that habits and ticks aren't the same as stimming, which is something I do because of my aspies. Don't get them confused
Ah yes I also have that problem.
I'm an Aspie, myself, but what is stimming?
Ms. Kitty Stimming is how aspies or autistics get stimulated. It's not a specific action though.
@@jadedpython Ah, thank you for explaining. :)
0:19 YOU JUST REVEALED ALL MY HABITS WHAT
funny how most of these scream "confident" for me but at the same time deep inside I'm hurt, have trust issues, insecure, filled with self-loathing, depressed, lost and have suicidal tendencies.
it's just so weird it doesn't feel right.
i think i may look like i have good self-esteem and i feel i express my self-consciousness differently and not as often as most people but I'm still far from the optimistic, strong, extroverted and ambitious person I wish and may pretend to be.
I hope of feel better soon!
edit: I honestly feel the same but got the introvert more than once
But still..
I can hear her read a whole dictionary . You have got such a soothing voice
Everyone when nervous : sweats, and looks restless
Me : have an extreme poker face
Same.
but if its extreme my legs shake and ill still have my poker face
Me, then my parents accuse me of resting bitch face whenever I'm not smiling.
Why is this me?
i turn off my (outer) emotions when im nervous or upset in any way because i always felt the need to appear strong even though im an absolute wreck i side
Her voice is so comforting
-quick walking (but sometimes calm)
-lose grip hand shack
-polite , long . Have a lot of typo because I am not good at spelling but I often focus on it and try to make sure it's right
-quick eater, picky eater
-cheap as hell
-nervous tick 99% of the time
-slant to the right , small hand writing
“Are you a picky eater?”
Cries in arfid
2:28 what if... *what if you're all of them?*
That's a lot of damage [meme]
What do you think?
Same
Im all of them
I like how I get called out all almost all of these videos T^T
Did you learn more about yourself after watching this video? :)
1. *The way you walk*
I walk with ligh footsteps because I like to be quiet
2. *The way you shake hands*
My grip while shaking hands is weak because i'm shy
3. *Your online etiquette*
I'm polite and formal and no typos
4. *Your eating habits*
Slow eaters. I like to enjoy the taste of my food but i'm not confident
5. *Your spending habits*
Smart spenders because I like to buy things that will make my life easier and efficient
6. *Your nervous tics*
Tapping my foot if i'm being impatient or biting my nails if i'm nervous
7. *Your handwriting*
Small handwriting and slanted to the left
Almost all of my habits are on the introvert's side but it's right though
"Spending more on luxury means you like to indulge"
"Impulsive spenders are spontaneous"
Really I never would have guessed........lol
Exactly what I was thinking
Just wanted to say that I love this channel. I always learn a little bit more about myself and others with each video. Thank you. For your efforts and for creating this type of content.
According to this video im a logical extrovert and very confident.
Interesting since im an introvert and most of my habits listed in this video i consciously do to be more likeable and less vulnerable looking. 🤔🤔🤔
(Self analysis is fun but Im not satisfied unless i tell someone)
I am introvert too but according to this video i am an extrovert
I also try to be less vulnerable looking. Because of my looks, people often treat me like they have to protect me or something. It’s so annoying!
I don’t know if it’s the same for you or not, I’m just sharing my experience
@@heatherlien007 Ah yes, I work in a kitchen and have never hurt myself in any way but if I'm walking with a knife itll be taken out of my hands and if anything is heavy I'll be watched or consistently asked if I need help. Thank you for sharing
@@missrelaxed3872 me too, very much so
I love Amanda’s voice! She makes this channel awesome ❤️ I love this channel. It accurately portrays the issues both men and women alike experience AND the animations are just adorable with the leaf on top 🍃
1. A & C
2. Depends on how the other people makes me feel post-handshake.
3. Usually A & C
4. A but the exact opposite of confident.
5. Depends
6. I relate to both and have several different ones actually. . .
7. B Slant depends.
I just want to point out how adorable the animation is on this video! We could tell you put extra effort on this one! Thank you 😊
This aesthetic of animation soothes my soul
who else loves phyc2go so much, they make it so fun to learn about mental health. I want to become a physiologist one day and study it because of them! they made me realize I love helping people and love learning about the human brain :)
This video revealed things I didn't know I did.
I walk with my head down.
I send long and detailed messages.
I bite my nails and rub my hands.
Wow.
Walk:
-Sensitive, soft spoken, polite
Shaking hands:
-Shy, neurotic, insecure
Online etiquette:
-Polite, formal, good vocabulary, perfectionism & high conscientiousness, energetic, detail orientated
Eating:
-Ambitious, goal oriented, moody
Spending:
-Rational, patient, bigger picture, responsible, down to earth
Nervous tics:
-Difficulty controlling emotions, calming myself, overcoming perfectionism
Handwriting:
-Desire to be understood, focused, introverted, neat, reserved, introspective
Wow, that's frighteningly accurate...
me: confused with handwriting because I can go from small and neat to sloppy and slanted sometimes-
Same.
Do ppl ever comment about your last name?
Me: no. Absolutely never...
same
Thanks!! I was questioning myself if i had a personality, i sometimes doesnt feel like i have a personality because i always stay numb and sleep all day.
Hmm if you feel numb all day, maybe you should talk to someone? I’m not a professional, so maybe watch talk to one? I’m sorry if this comes across as rude.
I watch TH-cam in bed, not wanting to socialize coz I found a vid of animals with rabies
same except i actually talk to people online and stuff but i don't really know how to describe myself or if I even have a personality or something
You could be depersonalizing may be it'd be best to talk about with a professional
@@kinokiita lol I talk fluently and better online, while in real life, I'm a stuttering mess who is to afraid to socialize 🤣
THE ART THE ART THE ART THE ART!!!! Whoever did the art for this video, know that you are so greatly appreciated and adored! Your art calmed my anxious self down and also made me want to make art too 💖💖
way I walk: quick strides, my head hangs usually because of lack of neck strength
hand shake: middle ground of firm and soft
online etiquette: I send well thought out responses with a decent vocab, Im polite and formal, but also friendly and informal?
eating habits: fast eater
spending: I dont know
hand writing: small with a slight slant to the right.
Some people do softer handshakes because they make precision use of their hands (surgeons and musicians, to name two) and don't want to risk damage.
4:15 so we’re gonna ignore the dead body?
Pink kinda sus tho
I relate to these a lot. I like to think of myself as quiet, focused, but usually shy. I do write in small letters and they’re slanted to the left. Thank you for helping me understand more about myself and how my habits effect me!!
"Next is your handwriting"
Me: *Starts sweating profusely*
Heh, i want to see the fbi channel analyze handwriting. Theyd be like surely youre a criminal & youre taking the easy way out... _does the backwards peace sign closing in on the eyes, then back at you gesture thing bc theyre watching. Always watching_ - the monster lady on monsters inc

The voice is so soothing! The art is so cute and the videos are so helpful. I love this channel so much! It’s so great
this channel teaches me more than my teachers do. best channel ever
2:20 I have good vocabulary but I don't feek like using it, when I talk to someone I like. So does that makes me dumb?
1:55
"hello friend both my parents just died in a car crash and i am in several depression and having suicidal thoughts"
"mood✨"
4:01 I'm that one lying on the ground
quick strides, firm handshake, a mixture of all 4 regarding number 3, slow and picky eater, smart spender switching between luxurious and necessary purchases, nervous tics are pretty rare, small writing with some letters being slanted to the right and some being straight; in some cases a word may have both straight letters and ones slanted to the right
My hand shakes when meeting a interviewer or boss, is firm and formal. When meeting up with a friend or family member I don't shake hands I hug 'n' smile and when I meet a new I do the Fresh Prince 'n' Jazzy Jeff hand shake and they do it too then we're instant friends for life.
Not about the content but about the video itself:
I've been watching this channel for some time now. From the start, the art was cute and simple. On the last videos there was a lot more work put into it. Keep it up! Also, the drawing at 4:25-4:40 was really cute!

Pysch2Go: What do your habits say about you?
Me: Nothing good
Omg😂
Did you learn more about yourself after watching this video? :)
As much as I was hooked by the title, it was the cute graphics and animations that made me watch to the end and share it to my friend.
Animation is amazing.
Treat to the eyes..
And her voice is so soothing.
Love everything about the video ❤️
I walk fast for a few main reasons:
1: I’m slow at most things, so walking fast makes up for lost time.
2: other people walking will have their eyes on me for a shorter amount of time because I’d have gone past them before they have a chance to see me properly (or at least that’s the idea) it’s a self conscious decision and it feels like I’m running away from each new pair of eyes. I wish I could be more comfortable with myself.
Relatable but I walk fast for no reason and end up going to the reception to find my parents
Can we talk about how cute these animations are
I relate on bitting your nails and tapping you feet situation
Many others probably do too!
idk if it's the cute cartoons or the soft voice, or maybe both, but these videos actually make feel more relaxed and comforted
This video was so much fun! The music was magical, the animation vibrant, and the narration rlly involved and fun. I adored it!
What is my handwriting overall slants everywhere, some slant right, some left and some words are completely straight. My handwriting isn’t messy it just slants a lot
for me it goes up and down but mine is tinyyyyyyy
Who writes w/ a slant?
@@ahhwe-any7434 me
I eat slowly, too slowly according to a lot of people I know, I am definitely not a picky eater, I eat almost anything that's edible, and I write with big letters. However, I am one of the most sensitive and introverted persons I know. Take this video with a grain of salt.
I eat fast because I'm Romanian ✌🏻
I love you username
I eat, drink, run all fast because I’m Scottish 🏴
same here, I eat before my family members eat all the sarmale 😂
I got called out! :)
Great video! My fav channel ever. I really liked the visuals & music! Good job
I think this is one of my favorite vid in this Chanel I love the drawings, the soft voice and it helps me a lot THANK U
My handwriting: every letter is a different font
actually the online etiquette is hard to sort out, at least for me
when im talking to my closest friend, we all type messy, do typos (mostly on purpose) and grammar and interpunction mistakes all the time, when i talk to people im not so close to i talk less messy but still do typos (also on purpose) and i dont use interpunction, but when im talking to someone i barely/dont know i correvt all the typos and try to type as clearly as i am ohisically able to lol
Same
I have no etiquette it be like internet: can u plz not say that? Me: oh. My bad. Also me: the f? I didn't mean ish by it tho. Prob i.net ppl: ok but y r u talking like that for? Me: well...u see.. its simply bc I didn't know I was trying to impress anyone? Yeah, let's go w/ that, Stranger. Also also me: 🤔 imagine authority professional and proper folks & the likes coming across my mess... my head: 🤭 proceed... oh well. Dont like it? Click on. Click Off!
2:07 introverts online are actually monsters
Trust me I am an introvert
The fact that you make the animation then voice over then add the custom captions is just wow
Cute art style + A topic I LOVE learning about = ONE HAPPY GAL!!!!
The cute art style helps the info stick in my brain so THANK YOU WHOEVER CREATED THESE CUTE LITTLE BEANS!!!!
What do your habits say about you ?
Me:
I’m a big big extrovert-
0:37 this is my whole life.
"Good vocabulary means high intelligence"
Welllll not exactly. It can basically mean that as a child their only subject they were good at was language arts and wanted to continue progressing through it... and ended up being bad at every other subject. That's the case for me, luckily I can play piano too, otherwise I wouldn't have survived 7th grade.
True for some. Yes.
PLEASE CAN WE APPRECIATE THE ART OMG IT IS WONDERFUL
“How do you shake hands?”
There’s the problem I don’t
Me: I’m friendly!
My brother: keep dreaming
Psych2go: what do you do when you're nervous?
Me: I just look like the same tho.... I don't really show much emotion if i get surprised or nervous... My friends actually asked mewhy i don't act nervous or even surprised much XD
On Facebook, my "netiquette" is...a bit unique; while I often greet my family, former classmates and former school teachers with the same normal dialogue exchanges (like "how are ya" or "what's up.") With others, I have developed a love/desire to use what was known as "Olde English."
In other words, I take pride in having an "old-fashioned, chivalric soul;" as such, I greet those outside my "normal" circles with terms and dialogue that one would find in Shakespearean verse; terms like "well met," "merry and good day," "zounds" and often address others as either Master or Milady
Yeah I learned about the walking thing so now whenever I walk alone, I take big steps, eyes always forward, with the intent of going to a certain place, to make it look like I know where I’m going and that you can’t touch me.
