1 whole Chicken
1 Tbsp five spice powder
1 Tbsp black pepper
4 Tbsp salt
Water
1 cup All purpose flour
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp complete seasoning
Oil for frying
Fry for 10-15 minutes until golden brown

This recipe was give to me by the chef of a Chinese restaurant I’ve been making this for years but never shared it as it’s special to me not a lot of persons know of this technique I’ve never seen anyone posted this recipe I’ve seen the other recipe with using the soy sauce I myself have one of those 😍

Sorry Ash, we Chinese never boil the chicken in brine. We marinated it overnight then deep fry. 😮😮
Lol you do know not all Chinese cook the same your Chinese and my Chinese are two different person with different backgrounds and clearly different cooking skills
Sorry, I'm 75 and never come across boiling the chicken then deep fry. We do soak them in brine but not boiling them. We, Chinese wanted the chicken to taste good and don't want to waste it's own sweetness. I'm a chicken lover, any recipe for chicken, I will try it if it looks yummy.

Everyone has their preference on how to prepare their food if you are Chinese as you claim you wouldn’t be here watching my recipe you should be an expert at preparing fried chicken my friend
You should not use oil you use before Kee it for your home use
I’m cooking for my home not a restaurant and I will continue to reused my oil I’m frugal
